This is the store on phones road I live in West Olympia but I went to the store on phones road in Olympia or Lacey I started out with Moe in the carpeting area who is extreme big help she then got Bob who is an older gentleman that I believe is a new employee who if he didn't have the answer found the person that he needed to to find the answer and find my product. Which just came in from a truck was not even on the shelf yet so I didn't have to come back the following day and pick it up. It was a very good experience and they need to be recognized.

Anja and Jennifer helped me find an item and check out quickly. I was also offered a 2 year protection plan, which is something I didn't think about.

All of the staff in this store are friendly and knowledgeable.

Excellent store and employees

I really love shopping at the Olympia Home Depot! It is close to my home so very convenient, and almost always have what I want and need in stock. The employees have always been very friendly and helpful. Prices are competitive and I get offers and deals through email.

Mariah at check out noticed that the expensive cedar board that I purchased was of poor quality and adjusted my bill without my asking. I appreciate that she wants satisfied customers.

They do not enforce the mask policy at this store. I saw at least three groups of people without masks. Some of them were talking to store employees and no one asked them to put on a mask.

Employees are rude, no one wants to help, not very knowledgeable.

The items that I had trouble with the associate helped and I was in and out in minutes.

I like to shop at the Home Depot Store (#4708) in Olympia. The store is clean and is well supplied with items I need for home repairs. The store representatives are friendly and always willing to help you with little wait. Normally when I shop at the Home Depot Store, I am a satisfied customer because I find what I need. Thank you for your excellent customer support.

Went to the Olympia, Wa location to pick up a DeWalt Multi-Tool kit (battery and charger included) that was advertised for $99. Asked the store associate if it was in stock or if another store had one. The guy looked it up & the computer said “Online only - not available in stores.” Ended up spending $139 for the “Tool Only” (without battery or charger). Once I was home, I checked the computer again and found the one advertised for $99 was available at the Aberdeen, Wa store (45 miles away). Turns out it wasn’t just for online orders only! Went and bought the kit the next day and returned the first one I bought at the Olympia location.

Silvia R. in the appliance dept was amazing. She went above and beyond!! Truly a great employee..

We received excellent help in purchasing a new dryer and other items. Kudos to Silvia for her above and beyond customer service in the appliance department. Great prices and great service!

Kay's knowledge of appliances made it easy for me to make a decision on a new washer. I was in and out in a flash and I'm pleased with the 1 week delivery.

Great store with friendly and helpful staff

On October 22, an employee was not wearing a mask. He came very close and spoke within inches of my face. When I said, "I prefer not to be so close to someone not wearing a mask." He respond, "You're stupid."

Product online was available for order and will be here next Friday. Associate was very helpful and explained everything in detail.

Nice store which seems to have rental items available. Not very crowded as some HD stores, as this location has less commercial business. Really like how clean and neat the store is and how well it is stocked.

Even though I had issues with my purchase it wasn't really the stores fault but wearhouse issues . so I would generally give this store a good recommendation due to years of shopping experience there .The heroin in my story is Sylvia in Appliances.. Phones rd. olympia wa store If you want an appliance she takes great care of her customers. She was an angel, performed a miracle for us and even worked on her own time (day off) to help us out My eternal gratitude to her.

Very clean, safe, organized store that has an extremely friendly, efficient, caring employee at self checkout. "Louise" is the best.

The Fones Road store has been by far the most helpful store. Many associates to ask questions and a lot of them asked if we needed help finding anything. Since we were shopping for several different items, we didn't feel we were going in circles to find them.

The employee in the paint department (Jose) was the BEST, most helpful and knowledgeable fellow I've ever dealt with in any home improvement store. He went above and beyond. Everyone there was helpful, but Jose is a treasure and a blessing. We're helping our daughter fix up her house and had to match 2 custom paint colors, get a specialized door paint and needed Jose's help with choosing the right concrete paint. Without Jose's help, we would've been totally lost and had a bad experience ... probably would've messed up our projects too. But thanks to your wonderful staff, you guys totally NAILED IT.

I am only giving it 4 stars because of the customer service we received from Silvia. Other employees just brushed us off but Silvia brought us back, just as we were going to leave. Silvia should train all employees there on customer service. She was amazing. Thank you.

I'm always able to find knowledgeable people at HD in Olympia to help me with my project needs!

The employees at this store are always helpful and knowledgeable. They are not as crazy about someone who needs to breath through his nose while wearing a stupid wolf mask. The guy in the key department at Tumwater is ridiculously fearful of old people and the stupid social distancing he demands while having a key made. There are some crazy employees at the Tumwater store. Use the Olympia store. They are not into this craziness about the pandemic. I highly recommend this store.
