Awful service. Staff was hard to find and was not able to answer basic questions about products. AJ, in the online order area was so worried he might have to work that his original response to my approach was that I needed to go to the other end of the store. Rather than seeing what my need was, he assumed I was trying to check out. I actually had a cart of items, but I ALSO had an online order to pick up. He was beyond unhelpful. Very lazy employee. I appreciated the employee working next to him that realized I needed my online order and actually offered to help rather than tell me to go away.

Great time every time we go. While the supply is sometimes low, we understand why and know they are doing their best. Usually very friendly staff.

I love this store! Every person I have come into contact with has been excellent. They have wonderful customer service, seem to really want to help you, and have a smile on their face. Even during this awful pandemic! They do excellent job and I really enjoy my time at the Ontario Home Depot, even when I'm doing stuff that I don't really want to be doing!

Had a great experience when I went to Home Depot I was feeling very discouraged about finding a oven that would fit in our house. I was thinking that it would be weeks before getting one if at all. It was a nice surprise to have Dale Garmon walk me over to the oven he thought would work and then to the computer to double check the detentions to the measurements I had written down. I would recommend this store to everyone.

Your store is as good as your employees are. Very impressed on our last visit.

Clean store with friendly sales people. Best of all, the guy in electrical and plumbing was outstanding. His name was David and he went above and beyond helping us find all the plumbing and electrical stuff we needed for our new home we are building. Terrific guy. Knowledgeable, AND friendly. We'll always try to go back to this store and if we're looking for something in electrical or plumbing, we'll specifically ask for David.

We purchased cabinets from Home Depot. To start with, we were told that we couldn't measure the kitchen, we needed an "expert" to come measure, at a cost of $99.00. When we finally got the cabinets six weeks later, (we could have ordered them ourselves, online, delivered to the store and had them in a week!) 3 cabinets were damaged, and after the "expert" measured, the cabinet for above our stove did NOT fit! He had measured to the bottom of the stove hood instead of to the top of it so we ended up having to return a cabinet that was 6 inches too big for the space and reorder (online this time) a cabinet that would fit. For the damaged cabinets we only got a $200 refund. We got nothing for the mis-measuring done by the "expert". I feel we're due the entire $99.00 that we paid to have the kitchen measured... All in all, this was NOT a good experience, hopefully the countertops installation will go better.

This particular Home Depot has by far and away more helpful employees in it that in any other Home Depot store we have ever been in. It is THE place for home products in this small town.

great atmosphere and the employs want to help the customers and you Home Depot are very good at keeping the shelves stocked. if you cant find it all you have to do is ask for help and it is there. The answer to all of the questions is yes

As a shopper at the first store on Buford Highway, Buford GA(a failed J.C. Penny Treasury), I've been a loyal shopper ever since. I can honestly say that this store maintains the same enthusiasm I remember from the original store.

It was a terrible experience. The store is depleted and obviously not restocked. The employees act scared and get upset if you ask for help.

The people you have working in the gardening department are great I will shop there again

Store doesn’t like to cut lumber more then 2 cuts for customers. Stated they wouldnt help me cut my project and tried to sell me a $500 saw. Horrible customer service and worse thing about the situation is the store manager was the one who told me all this. Not all bad apples though, some of the employees, went above and beyond with all they could do without overstepping the store manager. Overall: if you know excitedly what you need and don’t need any “convenience cuts” as the manager calls them, it’s a Home Depot with product. But don’t going oooking for friendly advice or “help” with projects because the manager “doesn’t do that” at this location.

Knowledgeable and Friendly Customer Service and Checkouts so convenient as well as Employees so Helpful. Enjoy the wide variety of quality products. A Great Place to Shop for All kinds of Items.

While I like the store, the clutter of "floor displays" both in the aisles and down the main corridor at the front of the store is almost unbearable. It's near impossible to make the turn with PVC, and there's only room for one-way traffic, with shoppers trying to go in both directions, but having to "pull over" constantly to wait for other people to go by. I'm not sure if it looks more like an episode of Hoarders, or like a really up-scale flea market.

I love this store and I will always will come back.

Had to ask for help in locating the correct item and was given staffs full attention until my needs were met.

Do not place orders thru this store. The handlers are unprofessional and they don't care if they damage the orders.
