the return policy is the pits But the self check out is the worse. These stores do not pay me enough to check out my stuff.

Quality products, reasonable prices, good selection of products in various price ranges for every budget. Helpful associates ready to answer my questions and if they don't know, they will find someone who knows. A positive experience.

Honestly , I use to go to the other store but now I drive a little further because two employees made a big difference. They were kind and kept smiles on their face I haven’t had much interaction with all the employees but I know a few can make it bad or good. Customer service is key ! Make people feel welcome and not like an intrusion and that is what makes peoples come back . Be KIND and Juvy and Janie and a few others who names I didn’t get are making Home Depot a great place for my home improvement needs.

Shout out to associate Linda who assisted us today in the tile area - after a few attempts to get assistance, she was helpful, knowledgeable and willing to work with us, not like the other HD associates. Hopefully she gets some recognition.

Great place to shop and mostly always have what I need and have the best employees. It makes my shopping pleasant, and I won't hesitate to go there. I also enjoy the convenient shopping hours.

Associate was friendly, and genuinely interested in my project. I am a veteran, and I didn’t have my phone to look up my discount. Tristin was able to help me get my discount. Thank you very much, Tristin, and “A job well done”. An employee like Tristan is one of the primary reasons I continue to shop at Home Depot.

They uncharacteristically (for the average HD crew) went out off there way to truly engage and help

Paul in appliance sales was most find and helpful. He was most patient in answering all my question and explaining all the details of the sales procedure.

It was incredible to me when I realized every employee I passed smiled at me and greeted me. Awesome!

The employee in the flooring department who is from Boston is wonderful!! I can't remember her name. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Also the cashier named Marie was so professional and kind!

What a great experience I had buying material to remodeled my home. She went above and beyond to help me find materials, showed me numerous options, helped me to find right grouche color, etc…. Wow. Just ask for Mary.

Shopped in this Orange Park Home Depot early this week. Very helpful employees who were willing to go out of their way to assist me. Cashier experience also extremly customer friendly.

I went in today to find a shower diverter stem replacement. We asked an associate for help and showed him the old piece we had, he was quick to tell us that they did not have that kind of piece, that they had other types but not that one. He said "we don't carry this type, I'm not sure if another Home Depot will carry it". He seemed very uninterested in helping us, he didn't even try and go look or show us where we could look. As we were walking to the front, Charonise asked if we needed help, we explained the issue. Even though she seemed quite unsure about the piece she was quick to walk us back to the shower/tub area and looked on the shelves and helped us find the piece. She picked up a couple to compare  to the one we had. And gave us the correct one. Charonise was very friendly and did her vey best to help us the best she could. Seemed like she cared about our needs. HOME DEPOT needs more employees like her.

It’s a tough world out there especially now what we’re going through and be greeted with a smile was a wonderful experience We exchange some kind conversation in the checkout was pleasant compared to what’s been going on in the world I really do appreciate this thank you so much

I have nothing but good things to say about their customer service! So helpful and thorough.

It took me 40 minutes just to get a 5 gallon bucket of paint, not because it was busy, because the employee was rude and combative. There was one customer getting paint mixed when I got there, and the employee helped two people that walked up after me, even though he stated that he would help me when he was done mixing paint.

This is my favorite Home Depot, every time I go shopping here everyone is always super friendly and helpful. I also learned a few things from Mary who is such a sweetheart and makes shopping here an enjoyable time.

Older man with glasses in electronic area was a awesome help with my purchase of my washer machine, quick service, and awesome answers to my questions, I had a awesome purchase thanks to him.
