Very clean with friendly employees that were very helpful. Namely Mary in flooring. She was very knowledgeable and very helpful.

I went into the store with an idea and came out with something that worked for me perfectly thanks to two employees in the store. These folks went above and beyond what I expected and I am so thankful for their help.

The employees at this store are extremely helpful and help you with anything and everything that you need. Everyone is very nice and polite and courteous in Fast & Easy checkouts

Great Store!! Employees are extremely friendly and helpful each time I am there. I was very impressed with the service this time. Even with the 6 ft. social distancing rule in place they went above and beyond to assist me. I went in to purchase a cheap lawn mower just to get me by, but after such great service I ended up getting one that was a little more expensive. The staff took the time to explain products to me and answer my questions. It was a very good experience.

The customer service in that particular store is THE WORSE! I used to be a HD employee years ago. I don't know what has happened to the training/orientation these ppl get these days, but it lacks extremely bad! I have NEVER in my shopping days, experienced such horrible customer service..... EVER! For an associate to tell a customer who is trying to get something critical fixed in his house, then to be told by the associate that "its only essential shopping only" is completely ridiculous! I went to the service counter and requested the ASM to go to the electrical isle to help the many that was there waiting and needing help. Told her what had just happened and said that she would talk to him (doubt that). As I was telling her what happened, this piece of work associate walked back down the isle, not stopping 1 time to ask if he could help anyone. After that, 4 customers left the store. She helped me and off I went. This all happened around 3pm on 3/29. The associate was maybe in his late 20s, male causation, stocky build with tattoos on his arms. He was THE MOST disrespectful associate I have ever seen anywhere! PLEASE feel free to contact me.

We were in this past Sunday and Mike was awesome!!! The lady who helped us at self check out was outstanding!!!!

Absolutely amazing , clean & friendly store. I shop at this store everyday throughout my work week as well as every Sunday for work around the house. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I’ve been to A LOT of Home Depots and this is by far the best ! Keep up the good work!

0275 All the gentlemen in the garden dept were great! They helped me with getting my items off the shelf putting it in my cart. And my cashier was great told me about a discount that was going on that day of I bought two more bags. The gentleman that loaded all the items in my car was working very hard helping everyone on the outside part. A great group of guys working there.

Great place for construction/remodling/ home repair project. Outstanding personnel.

The store was like all Home Depots but in the appliance department there is a gentleman named George and he is exceptional. He is the only reason i purchased a stove from Home Depot. He went above and beyond to accommodate me. He was great and he should be given a raise.

The store was clean and well kept. Locating the products was easy with little to no issues. Associates were friendly and made sure I didn't need any assistance. Overall my shopping experience was very good.

Excellent experience here tonight. The employees actually interact with the customer rather than their cell phones! Every employee I interacted with was very nice and helpful. Not only did they come by and answer questions, they checked on me a bit later when I was still contemplating choices. Great customer service

This store is super clean, organized, friendly, communicates with customers and cares about customers well being every time I come to visit or should I say purchase items on a regular.

This store is my Home Depot. Issues have occurred on purchases in the past and always the staff at the desk go above and beyond. Plus when asking for help, we know, my wife and I will get honest answers. Thank You Wells Rd Home Depot
