Revisiting the "old" Home Depot Handbook under "Customer Service is Paramount". There are plenty of DIY stores and i Can speak for most. we'd rather pay extra to get BETTER Customer service instead of feeling as a burden to employees socializing with each other.

For me, they have everything and their prices is good.

I am very pleased to have worked with such a professional and conscientious Sales Rep., as Linda! Linda took down my information for what was needed and would be required by the person measuring our home. And, it was very satisfying to hear her ask me questions to drill down to specifics to get the details correct. I was given the opportunity to ask questions that Linda took the time to stop to provide the answers. That meant a great deal to me to receive that immediate feedback on concerns my husband and I had. We would highly recommend using Home Depot’s Flooring services! Thanks Linda for a job well done. :0)

THE employees are very friendly, a nice atmosphere to shop in, the garden center is clean welcoming, no problem finding anything that I am looking for.

Home depot in Orange park is one of the most organized Home depot stores, great to shop, easy in, easy out. great customer service.

Employees were very helpful. I did not know that the daily special's were order on line and pickup in store. Chrissy was extremely helpful and placed order on line so I could get the special price. I just needed to wait for the order to go through on store end and picked up a few minutes later.

Store was clean and well stocked,but the associates need to be more attentive to the customer's needs.When passing by a customer,"good morning " or "can I help you find what you are looking for ?"

This store was super clean and everyone was super friendly especially Kris, Kerrie, and Chrissy. Everybody was very helpful and they had everything that I needed and for someone who is completely not a handyman I am excited to get my project going

This store leaves little to be desired. I can never find help when I go in. I always have to search out an employee for help. Being that I’m a female, it almost feels sexiest. I’ll pass several employees and see them pass me while looking and I still have to go look for them, I’m never approached and asked if I need any help. This last time me and my husband ordered a dryer and were informed it would be 3 weeks until they could get it to us. My dryer is barely working, I’m having to dry my clothes three times. They couldn’t even offer me a small discount for inconvenience. Next time I’ll go to Lowe’s for my appliances.

Been shopping here for last 5 years and until now . All the products I need is here. Employees are nice and helpful . Store is clean and organized, and associates are friendly. Great job team. Godbless

Very good customer service! We had employees greeting us left and right. Helping us here and there, offering extra info, engaging in conversations with us and just being super nice. Our cashier counter congratulated us on our new home wished us luck with our project! And helped us sign up for a credit card which gave us $100 off our purchase!!

Orange Park Store #0275 should be the flagship of all the stores in all of florida. When ever I need something for a small or large project, the staff here has always accommodated our every need. even if I come in get stuff for my regular job, i can roll in at 0610 and their smiles make my day!. Stacy the new assistant manager is a great addition to the store. I know if Lorie is there I can ske her anything and even say Good morning Lorie and she responds with a awesome smile and say good morning Laurie. I always look forward going to home depot over any other competitor. all the staff there is AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The best home improvement store ever! I always find what I need here at good prices. The employees here are also very knowledgeable and helpful. I redid a bedroom and bathroom last month with the help of these people at Orange Park.

This store is very interested in customer service and satisfaction. It went out of their way to sell us something already put together that normally they wouldn't sell off the floor. They had two of the same items so in a sense we took the mistake that somebody made by putting two of the same items on the display floor. Thank you for going out of your way as I would never have been able to put these together. BTW: this was the patio furniture (one table and four chairs).

George in appliances is very helpful

This is my go to store all the time. If I need something I come here before I go anywhere else. Alisha in the front is amazing. She always asks me what project am I working on and if I need any help. She even took the time to help me learn how to use the Home Depot app. Associates are helpful and kind and seem to understand the working mind of a high school teacher.

This store in Orange Park is outstanding. I never had many issues, and if I did it was resolved in a timely manner and to my satisfaction. I love shopping there.
