I went to the Home Depot store before 7:00AM today, and I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness and professionalism of every person I encountered. Linda, on the front lines, was especially competent and courteous, and when I phoned the store to compliment her service, John, the MOD was exceptional as well. Y'all are DOING IT RIGHT! Thank you!

THIS STORE DOES NOT FOLLOW THE HEALTH SAFETY ORDERS OF THE GOVERNOR OF CALIFORNIA THAT ALL WEAR FACE COVERINGS. THEY WANT TO BE SUED!

I recommend the store never had any problems with the sales associates, They say the repair equipment, I took my concrete hand saw for repairs like many times before and I was told they don't repair them. The technician here has worked on many of my equipment. So what has changed? Don't advertise that you repair equipment if your not interested in doing anymore. But I would stay away from the tool rentals

SO glad this store is finally easing up on the draconian rules with masks etc. We did not shop here almost 3 months. If shoppers are afraid they certainly have a choice to wear a mask which should always be optional

Was very pleased with a young man that worked at the orange store on my last visit. His name was Vinnie. I asked him where a particular item was and he pulled out some type of apparatus he had and told me exactly which aisle, in seconds. About a month ago I was there and asked an employee a question and he just said he had no idea where that product was and offered no further assistance. No help at all!

While a large store the associates that work there are friendly and helpful. The associates at the service desk work feverishly to help all the people in line for returns or picking up orders or who are looking for more information. The cashiers also work quickly to help speed one through checkout. Even if you choose to use self-checkout, they are there with a helpful hand if you get stuck. The associates in the departments, for the most part, demonstrate knowledge of the products and, in some cases, can provide recommendations if you are unsure of what you need. Because it is a large store, however, sometimes you'll have to wait if you need assistance finding a solution/recommendation, as there are not as many associates as there are customers; but that is true of every store. Overall, this store, with its large variety and quantity (depending on the product) is a great place to shop for your home improvement needs.

Employees are friendly and there are always enough staff on the floor if you have a question.

WARNING: Not only is this HD (Tustin Ave, Orange) not requiring or at least recommending masks, but they are not setting up safe check out logistics in the Nursery (AS THEY ARE IN THE OTHER PARTS OF THE STORE) to allow for safe social distancing. I know that it's all up to us to take responsibility for our own social distancing but when the retailer does not help by logistically setting up the ability to do so, THAT is extremely irresponsible of the company. Yesterday, in trying to check out at the nursery, there was a cluster of people squashed at the checkout stand and it was blocked with people so you couldn't walk thru to get pass the check stands with out being inches away from people (IT'S ALSO AN EXIT ROUTE). We all have to take responsibility for our own social distancing, I know, but I couldn't even have that option. I called the asst. Manager to give the feedback of my experience and she basically brushed me off by telling me it was corporate policy...etc. I told her that I was calling to give feedback and it was up to her to tell their "corporate" that they need to re-evaluate the situation and logistically come up with a safer option since we're all in this together and it's a learning curve for retailers and consumers. Plus since dealing with this Covid-19 is changing everyday, I told her all I needed to hear from her is 'thank you for the feedback and we'll send it to corporate". Instead she just got all defensive and unprofessional about my feedback even though I was polite and courteous to her. I EXPECT MORE FROM MANAGEMENT AND HOME DEPOT. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ESPECIALLY WHEN IT'S DEALING WITH THE HEALTH AND SAFETY OF THEIR CUSTOMERS AND EMPLOYEES.

I like this store.Worked for Home Depot before the this store is well stocked. Most of the time you can get help quick. I always have been treated well by the manager Amy Not sure if she is still there but she has a heart of gold!

This is my GO-TO Home Depot Location for personal use and for purchasing product for my commercial business. I am fairly regular and absolutely love the employees and management. However the Cashier Margarita was so incredibly rude. During the process she asked me to move a variety of product In my cart, mind you I have a very bad hand and embarrassingly need assistance lifting items. She never wore her face mask and blew right in my face to get rid of dust or something off her hand. I confronted her and asked her to please not cough in my face. And she exclaimed she didn’t cough but blew in my face because she saw some spider but it turned out to be dust.

This store has alway had the friendliest sales associates.

I don't want to share my hidden gem of a Home Depot. But it is always is my first choice of Home Depot, even though I am close to the Anaheim Hills location. I enjoy each and every visit at Home Depot (k) 6965. I found what I needed, I was helped out my Home Depot staff, and my check out was excellent. Besides shopping for groceries, Home Depot is my other place to shop due to our current "stay home" orders.

Avoid this store.The employees are rude!!

Howard deserves a pat on the back. I called multiple stores looking for a matte black shower / tub combo. All the other stores and their associates pretty much blew me off.. The Orange store showed one and Howard took the time to go look for the only one that wasn't in its place, found it and put my name on it to hold for me til i got off work.

I actually got asked if I needed help loading my materials. I been to other Home Depot where the guys that area suppose to be helping customers will walk by and not ask. Good Job Orange Store

Great staff at this location. Everyone is super helpful and friendly. It has been one of the best Home Depot shopping experiences for me. Ask for store employee named, Aloma. She is super knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

The sore was great, i was in and out very easy, the store layout was easy to find everything i needed, store was very neat clean and easy to get too. all the employees were helpful with what they knew, no lines at checkout and no waiting.

I’m 18 weeks pregnant buying my first lawn mower. I saw a lot of employees and walked around asking fir help. I knew exactly what I wanted I just needed help getting it down from the shelf. Every worker kept having walk around the store to different departments just to be sent to a different one. I ended up getting it myself. And at checkout I asked for someone to help put it in my car. She said she was having someone go out to my car/parking lot. No one ever came. I had to put it I my car myself. Crappy service. No service.

The store is lacking inventory in a number of departments. Associates as well as assistant managers have very poor people skills. The Assistant manager, Amy wanted to argue with me regarding why product that was to have been at the store was not. I once thought highly of Home Depot. Not so much lately. Will contact Western Division President to voice my displeasure.

Love this location, it's larger than other ones in the area and the people are helpful and friendly. I didn't grow up being very handy with tools, I'm slowly learning and this place has been super helpful!

This Location has the best employees! One in particular that sticks out is Paul, who is always super helpful whenever I visit to make a purchase. He and the team always provide me with superb customer service that keeps me loyal to this location and company. Thank you!
