I needed help finding dowels in the store, and after 15 min of looking, I spotted Joey D. I asked him for help, he looked at my phone to get the SKU and found it within 5 min! He also said if I ever needed help in the future, look for him at the cashier stand and ask for him. How nice is that! I also need help in Home Dept.

Omar and Geo helped me today and went above and beyond to assist. They are very professional!

I asked 3 employees for help locating an appliance bulb. No one ever showed up to help. Left me standing there for 20 minutes!!

This month I have been building garden beds in my back yard. I have found the employees at this store go up and beyond to make my experience easy and helpful! I drove over to this store to buy my wood because I didn’t find the same customer service closer to my home!! Thanks guys!!

I was blown away by Oxnards Home Depot great customer service they truly care about their customers.

In recent months I have purchased 2 new toilets. They had to be specific to qualify for the rebate from Ventura Water. The HD salesman worked very hard to help me find the correct item. The store was accommodating in setting up a pickup as well. I was very pleased.

The best thing I like about this store is that the parking is great. I'm 68 and it's hard to park at some stores as I do not have a handicap sticker.

Refunds are easy here when a product doesn't work out. Lines are short and associates are helpful. It's my favorite hardware store.

Tried making a phone sale at the Customer Service and a Female employee who claimed to be the Manager was ignoring us and walking away from the desk. I was on the phone with her asking her questions and she would ignore me and talk to her coworkers.

I needed a table for a special project with a local non profit and she was amazing helpful and gave us a great deal! Will definitely be back! Thank you Jessica and the Home Depot team for giving back to the community!

I purchased a floor. It did not arrive. Reselected an in stock Floor and requested a REFUND of $6,234.33 after canceling the first floor. 2 Months later, still no Refund. Customer Service & Mgrs. had no idea they can not refund $6,234.33 back onto a Debit Card. It has to be a check mailed from Corp. Plus, when I agreed for them to mail a check, they never processed my refund. So today back in the store processing more paper work to try to get my Refund. HD is quick to take your hard earned money, but could care less when you need to receive a large refund. Shame on Them!!!

Every single time I go in there I’m always greeted with the most upmost kindness. Your employees make you feel like family and will direct you wherever you need to go. They’re all educated and they all understand where everything is at. I haven’t had one problem ever coming into Home Depot. Everybody to get raises. You guys are all doing an awesome job all the way from the very lowest employee all the way to the managers. A very well designed system it’s working perfectly. Thank you.

Home Depot in Oxnard is HUGE! The employees in the Store and especially the Cashiers, like Oscar and Anthony were extremely helpful. They are accurate and professional. Home Depot has home building products that other stores don't have.

I nearly walked away from the flatbed cart that felt like the brakes were on even before I loaded 10 bags of mulch. Ron came to the rescue, pushing it to the register, then out to my car where he loaded it for me. His friendly demeanor turned my frustrated frown upside down. Thank you, Ron!

The employees don't have a clue of what they're doing there.

Associates are not attentive, dress code is sloppy and unprofessional, cell phone usage on the floor is beyond abused, knowledgeable associates no longer exist. The only place I will ever shop is contractor desk and only when seasoned associates are there. Disappointing to say the least & don’t bother with management they are just as bad, if not worse. Set an example!
