I have found some very nice employees at this clean and well stocked store. Joey is the fastest cashier. He is efficient without being hurried.

STORE IT'S ALWAYS CLEAN ALSO THE RESTROOMS ARE ALWAYS CLEAN AND STOCK WITH PAPER AND SOAP PRODUCT, HAND SANITIZER AND MASKS AVAILABLE FOR CUTOMERS IF THEY FORGET THEIR OWN. CASHIERS ARE ALWAYS FRIENDLY. PARKING LOT ALWAYS CLEAN. ITEMS ARE ALWAYS EASY TO FIND AND ARE ALWAYS AVAILABLE

Electrical department was awesome. Jeff was great on low voltage. Then Dana was wonderful on wiring. Rene is always helpful every time I see her. Can’t say enough about all of them. Brad helped me on a certain light yesterday. And again Joann and maria at checkout are the best. Shoutout to prodesk. They are there for all my special orders weekly. JR Letty Ricq and Oscar the best.

I had a great experience with the associates in the plumbing department. Buying pluming items can be extremely overwhelming. Look for a sales associate by the name of Bill. He is extremely helpful and will go out of his way to make sure that you are well taken cared of.

It would be nice if your employees had a basic knowledge of the items in your store.

I SHOP MOSTLY ALL MY INDOOR AND OUTDOOR PLANTS AT HOME DEPOT THOUGH A BIT PRICY

I LOVE THE GARDEN!!!!! BEAUTIFUL PLANTS AND FLOWERS BUT A BIT PRICY, I STILL SHOP HERE ANYWAYS!

We made multiple trips to select and finalize our purchases for our multiple projects. Lavonne, in flooring, was exceptionally helpful. She easily located all we were looking for. The store in general was very clean, including the restroom.

Friendly and helpful

I came to this store with flooring project in mind. The flooring specialist LaVonne Timm helped me to start the paper work. She did a great job! She answered all my questions about the project and made me confident that it will be a good experience. Other employees were very helpful and friendly.

Working from home has probably brought may of us PINTREST women to visit your store. I purchased paint , I'm not to educated on the paint textures ,so I do apologize for wasting their time on questions. I then asked for grout. I was sent to the lumber aisle. There I was looked like I was asking for a pedicure . I finally made it to isle 9 by asking one of your female cashiers. I had my list of the items I need for my "Pinterest Project" and walked around collecting them. I tired a few times to get a few employees attention but all were busy . As I made my way out to the register your employee cashier Zulema had just finished her shift but stopped to help me check out at the self check out line . I must say my frustrating working from home day (school employee) turned around with her kindness. She sure did bring a smile to my face. Thank you Zulema .That simple 1 min action made this frustrated lady have a change of mindset. .. I wanted to do this project on my own with out the help of my contractor husband. I understand your employees are not there to babysit potential Pinterest projects . But PLEASE don't make us feel like we are bothering you . Its a bit embarrassing. Thank you.

HOME DEPOT EMPLOYEES ARE ALWAYS UNAVAILABLE TO HELP CUSTOMERS. LONG LINES & BAD SERVICE AT CHECK OUT.

Bad customer service. Some employees should be fired. Product is never available.

On my visits to the Oxnard store, every employee who I had an interaction with was friendly and eager to help. La Vonne in flooring was very helpful in picking out my flooring and grout color. Customer service employees are very friendly and efficient too. I can trust Home Depot with the quality and prices of their products.

I have been to the store many of times and typically the employees are very nice and helpful. All employees today on 1/1/2021 were great with the exception of the one manager: Manny. I had a scary and threatening experience with Manny. He assault me with a shopping cart in the store. Had me fearful and frightened of him and his reckless behavior. I'm still in shock writing this review. I can't believe this actually happened. Sincerely, Customer in DISBELIEF.

I love going to this store. They always have everything I need and someone there to help me. I never feel like I am there longer than I need to be. Also registers are always with plenty of cashiers so that there are small paying lines.
