Mr. Rodney and Charles in the plumber's aisle were very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. Need more associates like them. Great job gentlemen!!!

I came into the store looking for three items specifically which was scattered all over the store. This wonderful employee who spoke Spanish and English immediately located the first item then onto the next item and finally the last item. It took him all but 5 ,ims and even gave me some tips to use with a tool. I was impressed to say the least. I am sure everyone knows this gentleman he was wonderful.

I had 30 bags of 80lb concrete to load into my truck. Niycole approached and asked to help. She was extremely friendly and made the shopping experience very pleasant. Other employees as well as supervisors at Home Depot could learn a lot from her friendliness and willingness to help out. She did this without even being asked, and it definitely shows a very high level of professionalism from her. I will be returning to this store based on the experience she provided.

I was so confused about what to purchase for a small project and was helped by two different associates who seemed to swoop in and rescue me. The fist helped me pick out what to purchase to sand down my banister and the other individual helped make sure the handrail fit in my car! Not to mention the checkout team member was so nice. Everyone was great. I often get asked why I got to home depot over Lowe’s since it’s closer but this is why!

I had the opportunity to meet and work with Deniece , an Appliance Specialist at the Oxon Hill location. She was very patient and knowledgeable. I am always overthinking, she made the decision and experience stress free.Kudos Deniece!

The customers service here sucks. At 6 AM nor crowded but cashiers with attitudes because they have to checkout customers instead of self checkout. SHARONDA and co workers.

All the employees that I came in contact with were very pleasant and helpful. The gave me the right directions to each department and called the department to let them know I was on my way there.

The staff is improving but it's the commitment and dedication of the appliance lady Ms. Barbara that makes that store great. Even if it isn't appliances, she will walk me or point me in the right direction if she is a little busy. A lovely woman

I shop at the Oxon Hill store alot and the employees are always helpful and polite.

I was so impressed with the professionalism of Mr. Damie Calloway. If you want ot see what "Excellent Customer Service" looks like ask for Mr. Calloway when you visit the Oxon Hill, Homedepot Store. I can assure you you will enjoy the rewarding experience of a young man who believes in putting the customer first. He communicates clearly, and effectively. I was blessed to have someone of his caliber to assist me with the items I was searching for. Keep up the good work Mr. Calloway. I look forward to seeing you in a management position.

This oft neglected store looked so clean and organized this morning -- a far cry from what had become the order of the day. Learned there is a new manager -- brought the old one back, I hear. Please keep it up. Don't let it slide back to status quo.

Was looking for a BOSCH laser level. They had 28 available online. Went into store and could not find one. The assistant manager spent a ton of time looking for the level in the boxes on top of the aisle. Super helpful. Finally got one, and he gave me a discount for waiting so long. As he spent a respectful amount of time with each person he takes too. Haven’t seen that level of professional and commitment in a long time. Awesome dude.

Customer service horrible

Was at the garden center on Wednesday, October 5. Just wanted to acknowledge cashier Micky, who was working outside. She was gracious, attentive, friendly and very pleasant. And it was a refreshing experience to not have to leave the county to have such a great experience with a retail team member. She was outside working by herself and she wasn’t even using her cellphone, as many others may have opted to do, as one often sees in stores nowadays. I so appreciated my experience with Micky and I made sure to tell her. In fact we had a great conversation about the positive customer experience she delivered. Well done Micky.

I went to home depot to purchase two 6ft buffet tables. After finding the tables, i realized they were too heavy for me to carry them. Thank God I ran into Tommie lol I asked if he knew where I could grab a cart and he offered to carry them instead. He was super helpful and took the tables to both the check out register and to my car. I wish I could have tipped him but, he was super polite about not wanting a tip. So, I thought writing this review would be the least I could do.

They were very helpful and understanding. The staff are wonderful!!!

Visited my neighborhood Home Depot today and was assisted by a nice employee who showed me different styles of screen doors and even walked with me throughout the store and showed me the differences in door locks. I was very impressed and was thankful for his assistance (DE). There are people out here who still love working with the public.

I bought worth of roofing product almost 3 k few weeks ago and had it delivered and I am very satisfied with the help of Kevin in Waldorf who’s fulfilled my delivery and Amir who took care of my order. I jus hope you have more product like ridge cap .

The employees need a class in customer service. Very unhelpful and would rather stand around chatting and send customers to self service than check them out on a register.
