Laurissa Johnson, do I need to say more ? No I dont, she is above and beyond the type of people you need at your company. Honest, helpful and sincere. She was busy and she made sure she understood my needs and retuend to help. Please recognize her and let everyone know how EPIC she is.

Staff- customer service cashier- India is really rude, lazy and does not want to help customers out.

Had a Nice Fellow Named TERRI help check me out. If another Customer complains about him, I would look at the other Customer FIRST. He couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant to me and other Folks in que.

I found just what I was looking for to my home renovation completed. The employees are Very helpful and friendly. They had pamphlets to help with your purchase decisions and they have a great selection of products for the whole house. And they have a great return/Exchange policy.

This Home Depot is a good store. Armani is a fantastic cashier, with a pleasant attitude!!

Too many young employees not really knowledgeable of where items are located in store and seems not to care about helping customers. Waited 45mins & 3 intercom calls before any assistance. for bath tub knobs.Cashiers very friendly at check out.

I was very pleased with my shopping experience at Oxon Hill Home Depot. Employees were very helpful. Cannot speak for other stores. Shopped on a Sunday and everyone was pleasant. One employee that stood out was Shayla. We asked for help and she willingly offered her assistance.

While this store is convenient, it's not clean. The outside parking lot has trash everywhere and the inside store is not clean as well. Hopefully, management notice this and will make it a priority to clean up the store. Clean or not, the store gets a lot of business.

Terrible customer service from the manager, Derik. He argued with me about the price of wood. Once I showed him the price listed on the shelf, he stated that he sees what I am referring to but will not honor the price because his staff "forgot" to change the label. He also wouldn't honor my military discount. He also lied about being the only manager on that evening and wouldnt let me speak to another manager.

I went to Home Depot to get lumber. Ace provided very good customet service. He was polite and patient. Thank you Ace.

I found that the associates in the store are working hard with all they have and even during this pandemic they are keeping a smile on their faces. The store has a few bad apples but overall many associates goes above and beyond to assist customers.

The store was very organized and staffs are very accommodating.

The are never any workers available to help to the customers with getting items. Having to go to the customers service desk to request help from the staff. The wait time for the workers to come to the customers desk is crazy.

I cannot believe I spent 30 minutes in this store and could not get an associate to assist me. Got sent in the wrong direction 2 times as other associates sent me in the wrong direction just to get rid of me. I am staying away from that store.

Employees ignore you. They’re rude. They don’t wanna help. The commercials are false advertisement. They act like the customers are the problem. We get it’s a crisis but don’t take your aggravation out on customers.

My experience on last Wednesday May 13, 2020 at the Oxon Hill, MD (Rivertown) location was the absolute best I every had! An associate in the wood department, Mr. Rodriguez, deeply cares about his work at Home Depot. He helped me select wood and cut the specific sizes I needed making shopping for my DIY enjoyable. I am looking forward to building many more wood projects in the future!
