The girl in the paint department was obviously unhappy to be at work. She never greeted us, and she had a sullen look on her face. Only 1 register was open for customer service on a busy Sunday. There were 4 employees standing at the self check out area just talking with each other. Is this customer service? Do they realize the customers are paying their wages?

I am very happy with the customer service I am provided. This store has very good customer service and employees are usually pretty knowledgeable. I am usually told thank you for shopping at the Home Depot and greeted I really enjoy that.

We purchased several items today due to the personalized service provided by Darnel. Darnel showed us many discounted items and helped to provide other discounts when we applied for Home Depot CCs during the check out process. I also recommend Home Depot, in general, due to their Military discount.

Even for a Saturday, it was quick and easy, and everyone was helpful. Thanks, Dave!!!

As a larger Home Depot, the Park Centre store has a greater variety of appliances to look at and experience. This is beneficial when you are looking at remodeling and need to replace your existing appliances.

They take their time with each customer and go out of their way to be helpful.

Convenient location and almost always has the items I’m looking for. Friendly and helpful employees and competitive prices.

This location does a great job with customer service - they have gone above and beyond to help with some frustrating issues with online orders we have encountered. Drew was very helpful with some complicated returns.

The experience here was great the employee that we talked to came up to us and asked if we needed help looking for the item that we wanted. He took us right to the aisle and showed us where it was in that aisle he was an older gentleman I don't remember his name but he was awesome

The water heater was easy to install and spent a little more, it was self-flushing with a monitor to alert when leaking. 9-year warranty. Carbon dioxide and much more.

The workers here were so friendly and helpful. I haven’t ever walked into another Home Depot feeling as helped as I did today.

Had to get something down on my own using thr ladder because the employee I asked walked away and was hanging out by the break room.. then while looking for hangers him and two others walked past and didn't ask if I needed help.. couldn't find thr hangers although online said they had 40 of them on aisle 42 bay 12. Disappointing

I am so impressed with the special attention to detail and genuine care and time the employee named “Ed” spent on me. He helped me with all my questions and customized my shopping experience.

We were very frustrated after a few mistakes from other people at Homedepot. However, Julie & Darnel where extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient! They're definitely problem solvers. I took the time to write a review about them because I have never experienced such a great assistance at Homedepot before. Because of them we left happy, and we'll definitely be back for more purchases over the competition. Thanks guys!

Whenever I shop at The Home Depot to search for supplies, parts, or material to complete a home improvement project, I am usually satisfied in how purchases are handled in the event an item is not quite right and needs to be returned or exchanged.

Going into Home Depot was my 1st trip out in over two years because I’m my 94 yr old Moms caregiver. Emily thank your for helping me find what I needed and just being kind. The work you do is greatly appreciated. :0)

Had a dishwasher ordered for a vacant apartment. Salesperson & call from HD the day before said I'd get a call 1/2 hr before delivery so I could meet them there. They never called. The 877 HD # said they called but I wasn't there. They connected me to the delivery service's call center in the Philippines. They said they had a pic the entry of the apartment but no notes on a phone call. My phone had no missed calls during that 4 hr window of time. Get it together HD. The installer you use has always been a problem (missing parts, inexperienced installers that couldn't figure out how to install item, installers that took a part off my new frig (yes, stole it), inability/policy to not attach items through a tiled floor under a stove (have a liability waiver to sign!), damaged product that had to be rejected. I'd say half of the installers just do not want to go even slightly out of their way to make the install work. It's maddening! I was told store manager would call me....48 hours later, no call. HD rescheduled without checking with me. Customer service on deliveries is getting worse.

I needed a custom door and Darnel took the time to help me find it and explain the process and timeline so I would know what to expect.

After finding completely empty shelves at 2 other stores I found what I needed at Home Depot! As soon as I walked in Liv greeted me so I asked her where to find the 3M Command Strips. Liv told me right where to find them and I had choices!! Happy Day!!

The Store Looks Aged and Dirty!

I bought a grass trimmer early this summer, but I had problems with it from the first, and finally when I could not advance the line, or remove the cap by turning it, I took it back. Lo and behold I was out of the warranty. But Shauna at the front desk talked to the Manager, and they worked out a compromise. I appreciated their effort meeting me halfway.
