I really appreciate home depot's employees who will so often take the time to listen and answer questions about my little project. I am grateful for Lanney who helped me yesterday. I am doing something I have not tried before and he answered every questions and cuts for wood for me, making sure it was just right.

We just absolutely love this Home Depot because they are always kind and willing to go out of there way to help.

This store was clean and well staffed with associates that knew their products and where those products were located. Bravo! Such a pleasure to be in a store where you don’t have to hunt for an employee for 10 minutes! Lannie in the Lumber Department who was doing the cuts for customers was especially great! He had a great attitude and clearly was very competent in using the equipment!

Friendly staff, very helpful in finding what I need at this location.

I highly recommend the Park Center location. They are always fast friendly and welcoming. No one is a stranger. Everyone is part of the community.

We live close to this location. Seems like we shop there at least once a week for home repair and yard items. We have always been pleased with your customer service.

I did the survey but I forgot to mention my cashier Tara. She was great! She was very helpful and seemed like she knew what she was doing, there were many customers and they all needed help all at the same time she helped us all and did it with a smile on her face! Awesome employee!

This store is awesome. Friendly professionals and willing to help, way different from the location at 3300 S. Higland drive. Don't go there... the lady with crazy hair at flooring is lazy and mean. Very unwilling to help... is not Halloween season yet, but she did scared me, mean person.

Lannie In the lumber dept was amazing today! Made this trip awesome to say the least!

My local HD store has constantly always had great costumer service and 99% of the time I will find what I need. Mr. Lannie by the lumber department was very helpful and experienced to make your visit and your home much better

Easy access and usually has all the inventory you'd expect. Store employees are very helpful and some have been there for 20 years.

The staff is always friendly and pay attention to detail. If a customer has "that look" while walking around, the staff will inquire their services

Best Home depot in SLC. Long time employees says it all.

My contractor had to pick up a cabin full of flooring. Boxes and boxes and a pallet load of tile and laminate. When checking out, he was asked if he needed help loading. He replied yes. 2 young men came over, and did not pick up one heavy box! They made it clear they weren't going to do that hard work. He had to load it all himself, which is shameful. What are the helper boys for but to load cars? When my contractor got to our cabin, he told me about it disgustedly and told me they should be fired. Our contractor is as nice a man as they come. Totally reliable, honest and hardest working. So I have no reason to doubt. Not only did he have to load everything, he had to unload it all at our house. It was so much he took 3 trips to deliver it. Shame shame shame on you, Home Depot. Train your help better. And teach those young kids how to work, or get rid of them. NOT acceptable.

One of my favorite employees at this location is Lannin. He always seems to go out of his way to say hi and ask me what project am I working on. He's a great person and a great for Home Depot to have.

We shop here for all our home repair needs as well as a recent remodel. The service is always friendly and the selections are plentiful. You guys are great!

Easily found what I needed. Got assistance by FOUR different staff members during this trip to buy lumber. 1) selecting from the stacks and loading on a cart, 2) cutting the lumber in the dimensions I needed (I don't have equipment to do this at home), 3) cashier ran to the stacks to get the SKU # at check out (SKUs missing on all boards of the dimension I bought), and 4) young man helped load the lumber in my car. (I am not strong enough to handle long lengths of lumber, so help at all process points really means a lot to me.) GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I'll be back at this store!

This is a great store. Always has what I need .

The employees really put customers first. When I lost my wedding ring in the store by my mistake, Sarah and Chris put down their work immediately and drove a fork lift to search it for me. I could not tell the exact place and they just started removing the pallets one by one searching my ring underneath. Finally they found it under the fourth pallet. I really thank Chris and Sarah for their excellent customer service.
