SEVERAL OF THE RETURNS/PICKUPS/CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE VERY GOOD , HELPFUL AND PLEASANT. BUT, THE OTHER 2/3 ARE UNPLEASANT. PLEASE HIRE MORE WELL-QUALIFIED C/S ASSOCIATES.

MOST DEPARTMENTS ARE GOOD, BUT FLOOR/WALL TILE, HVAC, MAJOR APPLIANCES, HAND AND POWER TOOLS ARE ALMOST COMPLETELY LACKING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE MANAGER OF DOORS/WINDOWS/MILLWORK IS ARROGANT AND MOODY. THE ASSISTANTS ARE QUITE GOOD, HOWEVER.

THERE ARE NEVER ENOUGH ASSOCIATES IN LUMBER AND BUILDING SUPPLIES. IT TAKE QUITE A BIT OF TIME AND FOOT TRAVEL TO RUN ONE DOWN.

THE ASSOCIATE NAMED PAUL IN HARDWARE/FASTENERS/LOCKS AND KEYS IS HIGHLY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PATIENT. HE DOES NOT LEAVE A CUSTOMER'S SIDE UNTIL THE EXACT PRODUCT DESIRED IS IN HAND.

THE PAINT DEPARTMENT IS CONSTANTLY HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE.

ONE WOMAN IN THE TREE/SHRUB PART OF THE GARDEN CENTER WAS PARTICULARLY KNOWLEDGEABLE. BUT, MOST EMPLOYEES IN THE GARDEN CENTER KNOW VERY LITTLE ABOUT THE PLANTS OR ANYTHING ELSE. THIS SHOULD BE IMPROVED, BY HIRING MORE EXPERIENCED WORKERS.

PLUMBING AND IRRIGATION EMPLOYEES HELPFUL IN FINDING OBSCURE PVC FITTINGS.

STAFF GENERALLY HAVE GOOD TO EXCELLENT KNOWLEDGE ABOUT THEIR DEPARTMENT.

HOME DEPOT HAS A GREAT BUSINESS MODEL. IT BLOWS ITS COMPETITORS AWAY.

I had to purchase a refrigerator, because ours went out. Alenna was awesome and helped me look at several different options! She made me feel like a valued customer and went above and beyond helping me with my purchase! I will definitely be back, as long as Alenna is there to help me. Thank You Alenna & Home Depot!!

My favorite Home Depot! If you are shopping for appliances ask for Alenna. I can’t say enough things about how great she made our experience there!

the customer service is always amazing: in every department. the personnel go above and beyond to help: even if it is not their department. they will find someone to help. i love this store.

Cindy in your flooring department was exceptional in her manners, expertise and patience in helping a confused customer obtain the merchandise she needed to finish off tiling in her bathroom. I will look for Cindy anytime I am in the store and need the expertise and solid advice in the flooring department.

Actually it is my favorite store because I like all the employees there. They are helpful and smiling and always trying to give a good Assisstant. Many thanks for all.

I feel like I spent more time in here than in my house during the time-consuming remodel. I always felt welcome and the staff is friendly and happy to help. I could find most of what I needed at decent prices and any returns were easy as well. The store is clean and well organized and the hours were great too. Highly recommend.

store 4402 is my go to store for my home improvement projects. Cathy in kitchen design was outstanding.

It was 8:30pm on a Saturday night. I needed some information to complete a job I am working on. I walked back to the lumber department. Lannie was working. He stopped what he was doing and asked if he could help me. He explained all I the lumber I would need & how to do it. He took the time to cut a piece of wood that I needed for a bed. The staff at this store is fantastic! Everyone I work with is knowledgable, friendly, and very helpful.

Every time that I am in this store the employees are so friendly and greet me. Last time I went there one of the cashiers gave me a business card of a mechanic that she uses. They go above and beyond their jobs for sure!
