I shop at the Ranson WV store not Parkersburg WV

Tool quality is better here. I always can find fasteners I need. Lumber is always one notch better than down the street. Employees are happier and over all great experience each time I come.

Catalina at the service desk was super helpful and friendly with our online return and our new purchase. The other employee at the service desk as well as the 2 employees and lawn and garden were all very helpful. Will definitely return for anything we might need in the future.

Any time we visit this store, there are always employees to ask if we were finding everything okay, and ready to direct us to the proper area of the store we need to be in and make certain we have our questions and concerns addressed.

Employees don’t hide from customers, as in other stores I’ve been in. They ALL, ALWAYS ask if we need any help & if we do they do everything they can to help you find exactly what you need.
