Wonderful associate interaction with customers

Everyone was helpful and understanding of "novice" questions.

The store is well organized and the employees are always helpful.

I have visited this store on a few occasions, and no matter what I was after I was met in every department by associates asking me if I needed help finding anything. I was treated with respect and if I needed help they not only guided me to the area, they introduced me to the department lead. Talk about customer service!

I just purchased a gas range, washer, and dryer. The employees was very nice helped me with everything and made sure I had all the things I needed to hook them up with. I'm going to be replacing flooring in my house and will most definitely go back to Home Depot because of the clean, organized store, and the very considerate happy to help with anything if they weren't able to help was more than happy to find someone who could employees.

This Home Depot in Parkersburg WVA is the best Home Depot I have ever visited. Not just one but multiple employees approached my wife and I to try and assist us. This never happens in the Home Depots of Newark or Heath Ohio. I was elated and will continue to return to this store...Thank You.

the guys in flooring were very helpful ..and patient...with helping coordinate colors and with the tools and extras i would need to complete my job

I am personally installing laminate flooring in our bedroom, and I needed an underlayment sound and water proofing material. I have three different local home improvement dealers within 10 minutes from my home and neither of them had in stock what I needed. So, I had to drive an hour away to this Home Depot to get what was needed to proceed with my flooring job. I say all that because it's very niece to shop at and or have a retailer that I can go to and get most items the other retailers don't keep in stock. A great big THANKS to Home Depot for being the home improvement store that handles items that are not handled by the other competitors.

Always have what I need in stock and employees are exceptionally nice.

I would like to see the stop signs at that intersection leaving Home Depot facing the mall to where the people coming from the mall would not be able to turn right on red when the traffic from Home Depot has a solid left green arrow

The lumber here is of better quality than other stores. Customer service is very good here.

We recently visited the Vienna store to get supplies for a project. The Sales Associate was amazing and super helpful. She stuck with us thru the different departments to help us find everything we needed. Was very patient and kind. Will for sure look for her again when we are there. Great job !!

I went there to find and order shutters for my house and Phil at the Pro Counter helped me very quickly and placed the order. I was on my way very quickly after placing the order.

I was in need of high pressure washer extensions for reaching higher and more difficult areas than with shorter pressure extensions. Stopped in several areas to locate parts with no luck, but all associates were very helpful and professional in attempting to locate parts needed! I would suggest that you make available properly fitting extension parts for your pressure washers products sold, other than an entirely new 18’ extension spray nozzle costing more than $168.00, which is significantly more expensive than a coupe of extensions and couplings

4 different employees seemed too bothered to help me. Lots of products at the store, but lousy customer service. I'm a paying customer. Not a "bother". Customers rely on the wisdom and guidance of associates. Dismissive attitude is not what customers are looking for.

He went beyond what was available, found exactly what we wanted, and explained all processes of delivery and wet up of our new appliance.

We went in needing help with laying out kitchen cabinets and Denise was super helpful and was able to squeeze us in right away!

We had usually shopped a different store but when they became less helpful and down right rude we decided to come to you all. So glad we did and will from now on!!
