I love this place. Every time I come in I get what I need. Associates are always helpful and I prefer the products and prices of Home Depot.

We were very satisfied with the service at the Home Depot Store in Parkersburg, W.Va. A very tall guy by the name of Jeremy who was so nice helped us with dehumidifiers. He went online and searched for one that would best fit our needs. It was so nice having someone as polite and thoughtful and eager to help as Jeremy was. Thank you for a great shopping experience.

Whenever I got to Home Depot, I am pleased with the extremely helpful employees. They are cheerful and knowledgeable and very willing to share their expertise and insights. As I walk through the store, the employees greet me and ask if I'm finding everything I need. (Such an nice change from other stores where the employees have mastered the art of staring into the middle distance to avoid making eye contact and therefore possibly being asked a question!) The store is neat and clean and very well stocked. I almost always find everything I need here and when I can't find it, the employees often direct me to their website or to another store in town. I also appreciate that even though I am not a contractor or a big spender or very good at projects, I am always treated with respect and courtesy. It's nice to get help with out patronization or teasing. Well Done Home Depot!

This store has outstanding employees who provide exemplary customer service. Thanks to people like Lorraine, Jeremy, Melissa and Vince, I can honestly say shoppers at the Vienna The Home Depot are in for a most pleasant and helpful shopping experience. We live in a community about an hour away from Vienna, but will bypass other stores on our way to the Vienna The Home Depot. Give them a try. You won't be disappointed.

Great store, friendly employee's and helpful

I have shopped at this store via in store shopping, curbside pick up shopping as well as internet orders and have not been disappointed with any of my experiences. The employees are very friendly and helpful!

The gentlemen in appliances were top notch!

This store has become our store of choice for all things related to home improvement, decorating, carpeting and appliances. The customer support and assistance is excellent (10 stars) and this store almost always has what we need when we need it at a reasonable price. We always leave the store as highly satisfied customers. If you don't shop at The Home Depot #4803 regularly, you are missing a great opportunity to have a team of knowledgeable and helpful people work with you to solve problems, meet yours needs and consistently exceed your expectations.

I had a new water heater installed. The installer was fast, and efficient in scheduling the appointment (I do believe he called the same day I requested for it), and he was also professional at installing the water heater. I do feel bad because my water heater was so old that he had to carry it out full, and risked getting burnt.

Good people that work there, always happy to help and make sure your needs are taken care of.

I work retail, along with my husband. We decided to give the store a chance since we usually shop Lowe’s. Well, as we were shopping around, we noticed being followed by several employees, and asked several times (within a minute) if we needed help with anything. Now, I know good customer service, as I work retail, so I didn’t appreciate being made to feel like I was being followed for no reason. I have never been made to feel violated in this sense that my shopping was wrong or should be suspicious of. With that in mind, I won’t be returning for that reason alone.

Was looking for top soil and 2 of the employees helped me figure out what I needed and helped me load on cart and take to my car.

Store is excellent. Please consider opening one in Marietta, OH. Your store in Vienna is 15 miles away from my home. Business would do well in Marietta OH vicinity.

The part I needed was sold out on the rack. A salesclerk went and located it in another part of the store. Hand delivered item to me.

I always prefer to shop Home Depot the employees are always helpful and willing to help. My latest purchase in appliances where Sherrie and Jon really helped me with my purchase.

I have been a long time fan of Home Depot, especially the Vienna store. The associates there are always friendly and so helpful. Typically, you don't even have to look for someone to ask for help. They beat you to the punch! Great job!

The employees in this store are extremely polite and helpful. We found most of what we needed but they had no beetle traps. The price of lumber is outrageous and forcing many projects to be placed on hold. We realize it is due to the recent political games being played. Sad but true.

Every time I have been in the store there are Friendly Associates to help! I will go there for all my home/building supply needs! If an associate is on the phone, he will pause and direct me to someone who can help. So I’ve not had to stand around waiting! Customer Service is exemplary!

The store was very clean and I was greeted as I enter garden. Asked where the lime stone and fertilizer were and Bobbi told me exactly where to go. Very nice.

Associate went out of her way to help me find the correct product both by phone and in the store.
