I been helped in a professional way and the employee was very nice .

Rosa, at self checkout has changed. She use to be a very pleasant happy cashier. now that she is working self checkout it has been a negative experience: i was in self checkout with only 4 items to scan, as i am scanning them she comes over and says "are all 4 items scanned?" - all she had to do is look at the monitor/screen to see that all 4 were scanned and did not have to say anything which was unsettling. I am a pro member and shop frequently at your home depot. why have a self checkout when someone is hovering over you and questioning if all items are scanned, just open up a cashier lane and have them scan the items for the customer. it would be a more pleasant and positive experience.

For those who is entitled to a military discount beware went there today they told me its on certain items.

Took forever to get help and check out was grossly understaffed. Almost 1 hour to make a 5 minute transaction. Middle of the day on Wednesday 4/17 with no help to order blinds and only 1 register open to ring up 3 items (no self check-outs)

Sheree was awesome to work with for kitchen design! Highly recommend using her to help design your kitchen!

The Parsippany store was the only store of the four that I go to that had the chest freezer that I was looking for. Everyone who works there was friendly and helpful.

Dear Parsippany New Jersey Home Depot Staff, I am writing this letter to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional service I received at your store recently. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly smile. Everywhere I stepped I was offered help. The staff member who assisted me, Rebecca, was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. She went above and beyond to ensure that I found everything I needed and that I understood how to use the product I was going to purchase. She helped me load my Ryobi miter saw in the cart and helped me with a promotional issue I was having at checkout. I came back to the store the next day to discuss a promotion that I couldn't get the day before with the miter saw. Again, Rebecca helped me and directed me to talk to the Manager Mel. Before, I spoke to Mel, I spoke to Berlice. I was very frustrated when I first saw him, but he was incredibly patient and understanding. He took the time to listen to my concerns and to investigate the issue thoroughly. Mel came and quickly identified the root of the problem and provided me with a clear and concise explanation of what had happened. He worked diligently to find a solution that met my needs. I was very impressed by his professionalism and his commitment to customer service. He went above and beyond to help me resolve my issue, and I am very grateful for his assistance. Never a bad shopping experience. Store is in order. Staff is extremely friendly. Helpful. Never have to search for someone to ask a question. They ask if you need help as your walking by or in an isle searching.

Recently found what we were looking for and got great service. Store was a bit quiet but under this circumstance we understood and hope things will getting better and hope Home Depot will be heading up to the good way. Sincerely wish the business all the best

This store is near my office and I sometimes stop by. I find the location relatively convenient, and the layout of the store is compact and easy to navigate. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable.

Bare shelves, understocked items, sloppy shelves, stupid workers, no help in the isles, angry, vengeful, bitter managers, all around failure. Almost 60 yr contractor. Never so bad as this parsippany store.

I spent hrs putting together custom windows and doors. Staff was patient and very friendly, I can't wait till its delivered.

As Ursula was helping me, Dan was paying attention to the other customers. The help I received and the kindness was above and beyond what I'm used to from a Home Depot employee. I needed help with a project and 6 team members helped me while shopping. Every one of them was knowledgable and extremely friendly and truly helped get all that I needed for my project. I never even needed to ask for help, they were all proactive in providing me the assistance that I needed!

Home Depot, among other large hardware chain stores, has been thought of as a DIY hardware store but this one seems to be set up mostly for contractors, the way their parking and entrances are, the layout of the store. Also, it's quite noticeable that male customers are approached by staff on the floor before women customers.

I’m an avid shopper of Home Depot and various other building material providers, but never had someone take the time to show me the benefits of using their store (which were actually true). Thank you Sarah and the Parsippany Home Depot.

Recently had replacement windows, carpeting replaced, new blinds throughout my residence. Had Home Depot services come out and do the measuring and Home Depot contractors do the work. I go to this store frequently and I am always beyond impressed with the employees there. They are friendly and extremely helpful.

I needed to install a Sump Pump in my basement with the existing discharge piping, Theresa who works at the Parsippany Store helped me all the right parts and fittings that I needed for the installation. She was terrific! This is good store and I typically find everything I need.
