PURCHASED FAULTY TOMATO CAGE (ONLY 2 LEVELS INSTEAD OF 3) AND RECEIVED NO HELP GETTING BAGS OF LANDSCAPING ROCKS OFF A 6 FT HIGH SHELF. ONLY EMPLOYEE IS SIGHT WAS BUSY WATERING PLANTS

This store is horrible. No product inventory. Lack of knowledge from employees. Employees from other home depots make fun of this store, they say its where they send all the losers. I believe this to be true.

Terrible customer service!they would cancel your order without your permission

Last week, I rented something from this location and the older gentleman who helped me was rude, disrespectful and made my experience very unpleasant. He was also rude to the man in front of me, so I know it wasn't just me. However, this week, I went there again and my product I was looking for was not in the location it should have been. Lorraine, the head cashier, went out of her way to help me locate and get my product off the top shelf. She was pleasant, respectful and courteous. She more than made up for the unpleasantness of the rental gentleman. The store itself was clean and everyone was wearing masks and respecting social distancing.

please have salespersons who have experience in their depts. , or better training , having worked and being a manager in a store of this type , I find employees on the floor need more knowledge of their dept, and being more familiar with the store.

If you need to rent tools, I hope you are lucky enough to have Dylan help you! He is knowledgeable and happy to teach and assist you with any tool and project. Probably the best experience in retail I have ever had is dealing with him.

Although one of the smaller HD, I find a friendly staff and a well organized store.

The employees at the Parsippany Home Depot always go above and beyond to assist. You can always count on them to provide help in a friendly and patient way. That's why we always go to this store, even though it's not the largest Home Depot in the area, it has an excellent staff!

What a great visit I just had. The staff in HD is exactly that, high definition. I'm truly impressed with the consistency Home Depot carries throughout all location. I'll definitely keep HD as my only home improvement store.

Great customer service all around and Paul went the extra mile helping me with purchasing and cutting plywood. It was a great shopping experience.
