The store had appropriate seasonal items near the entry doors. I liked that the staff were knowledgeable about item I was looking for.

People are nice and helpful

I came to get a price adjustment and Nancy at the customer service desk was deceitful, abrasive, and unwilling to help. She told me the price adjustment policy was 1 week. In reality their return policy is 90 days, and when i brought this up she just looked at me, didn't offer an explanation. I said i would come back and return the item. I contacted Home Depot customer service who told me i had 30 days, and some people told me 90 days. They told me they would contact the store and make sure i was helped. I returned to the store, and asked Nancy again for a price adjustment. She declined explaining it had been over a week. I informed i had spoken to customer service who told me i had at least a month, and i offered her the email on my phone. She told me they weren't contacted and started talking around the fact that she wasn't notified. The point was that i was within my 30 days adjustment period and i wanted to be treated fairly. She couldn't contact her manager, i offered to wait as long as they needed. She finally refunded me the full purchase price, and then sold it back to me at the current corrected price. All the while acting like i was in the wrong. I asked why she couldn't do this for me earlier, and she stated because i hadn't complained to customer service earlier. It seems like their first line of defense is to say know, and if you aren't savvy enough to contact corporate customer service you'll be hung out to dry. This isn't my first bad experience, it's just one of many from this location. If you need help from Nancy at the customer service desk and she brushes you off, make sure you stick around an talk to the store manager. This store needs to be trained on Home Depot Store Policy, and how to talk to people. The people here ask what do you want, not how can i help you. I come to this store out of convenience as it is close to work on my lunch break, but every time i come here i'm either disappointed or have someone give me a hard time. The customer is always wrong at this location!

The convenience of the store, location wise, is very good for me. The only criticism i have is that because of the smaller size of the store their variety of products is limited and stock is sometimes limited. The convenience of the store, however, outweighs the convenience.

Parsippany Home Depot has one of the BEST employees I've ever had the pleasure to come across in retail store. I wish all employees had his attitude, knowledge and abilities, both in product knowledge and customer service. The store was clean and was (actually) well stocked, which sometimes is just not the case.

Lynn in garden department definitely knows her stuff! She can answer any and all garden questions. My plants are thriving way better since She took the time to explain a few details about my plants. Excellent customer service skills

I have always visited this store, both when I lived in Parsippany and now when I live in Morristown. I have always had good experiences with this store.

Excellent Customer Service! Every Associate I encountered was friendly and helpful. The store was also well-stocked and contained the products I needed.

I am not usually a fan on Home Depot. Mostly because I have found the staff not to be helpful. That is not the case in this location. I dealt with several employees who were more than helpful. They were pleasant, knowledgable and extremely enjoyable to work with. I would shop here regularly if it was claoser to my home, but if I am on my way home from work and need to stop at Home Depot this will be the location.

A very knowledgeable staff and very friendly an overall pleasant experience

The store always has whatever I happen to need. I may not know where it is (they help me find it). I may not know how to make it work - but they are always able to offer assistance on what to do. Great to know we can turn to them for the help needed to keep the property and the house, along with the church, working as it should.

This store is a little smaller than most Home Depot locations but they have everything I need, it is very well located and the staff is something else. They are personable, always upbeat and willing and very able to help if I need it! It is my go-to DIY store
