I highly recommend shopping at the Home Depot in Pell City, AL. While others were working on the deck today I had to run back to Home Depot to get more items for the deck. The employees were the most helpful employees I’ve come across in a long time. I needed items at both ends of the store and someone helped me find everything I needed. And they did it with a smile!

Got over charged, advertised in store outside rugs I bought for 12.95, I was charged regular price at counter. Went back in with my receipt and no one had time to go see the correct sale price and fix for me. I did not have time to keep waiting so I paid full price. If they are going to have a sale item then they should fix the bar codes. That is apparently how they make money. I want be back.

Cashier Barbara was a tremendous help

Have had less the positive experience searching for tile flooring installation from other suppliers. So we decided to travel the extra few miles and visited this location in Pell City. Ended up being a great choice thanks to Heidi.

Wakelyn was the young lady at the service desk that helped us make a big financial order. She made sure we had made the order correct and helping us since we are older and computers can be complicated for us. Wakelyn was very patience and helpful.

Had to buy an appliance that quit on me and the employee there was so helpful and knowledgeable.

I was very grateful that I wasn't immediately harassed about whether or not I needed help. And when I did need help I didn't have to search the entire store for someone. I also appreciate how kind and polite the employees were.

I would highly recommend this Home Depot location. All the sales and service personnel are very friendly and helpful.

I bought a Frigidaire refrigerator a year ago from home depot and now I am purchasing a gas stove I am a very satisfied customer with their products and customer service.

We shop at both Oxford and Pell City stores; it’s always a great experience at Pell City! Everything about this location and it’s employees are top notch!

Home Depot almost always has the supplies that I need for home repairs, maintenance, and gardening/lawn care projects.

Danielle was a tremendous help to me redoing certain areas of my house. And for tracking down my kitchen cabinets and giving me more in store right then.

The appliance department had a sales person (Taylor Hopper) who was very polite, patient, and knowledgeable about the product we went to check out for purchase. She answered all our questions and was very respectful in manner. She even helped me open up a new HD account for our first big purchase!

I was at the Home Depot store in Pell city on Monday evening picking up some Electrical products and I forgot what good customer service was like I hadn't seen any in so long there was a Customer Service Rep that was very helpful, and he ask me could he help me find what I needed. You go into a lot of the other stores in Alabaster or Birmingham you have to wait 30 minutes just to get Electrical wire cut if they come when you have someone page them. I had one guy tell me at a Birmingham location when I ask for assistance", this is not my area.

I just discovered the power of the Zep line of cleaning products recommended on several different house cleaning sites. This store always has everything in stock and at reasonable prices. It may seem like a dollar or two more, but the sizes are larger also. I know when I go to Home Depot they have what I need in stock.

My husband started his own construction business this year. He will only use Home Depot for his materials. The pro team will help us with our bids and it's always easy to find what we need.

Don't be surprised if employees made a concerted effort to ignore you. Occasionally one will actually ask if you need help finding something.

I have been looking for a particular bathroom faucets, found exactly what I have been looking for in other Home Depot stores.

I have never received the level of customer service that I did while visiting this store. It was my first visit to this location but will not be my last.

I have used Behr Paint for years because it does what Home Depot says it does. Great coverage and great selection of colors. I have also used the deck stain and cleaner and have had many compliments on the finished look. Behr is a keeper.

John was an exceptional staff person that walked us through our project and explained s different way and materials to make our job easier.

We love the ceiling fan with light we bought for my son's room. It was just what we were looking for with eight blades and 60" wide.

We generally purchase more than we the project calls for, to avoid return trips to pick up something unexpected. This store always makes returns of unneeded material easy.

Told us we would have to load up 30 bags of mulch I side the store by ourselves. We asked for a pallet to be brought out, she said sure, turned around and never did anything g.

My wife and I were looking for a new range, Our sales associate Ryan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. This experience was easy and quickly satisfied!!
