I was told a product was available, purchased it while on the phone, drove 45 miles to pick it up and it was not in stock, and nothing was done to compensate my time and gas.

They have stuff to build or maintain a house. That’s what they are. They do it well.

I have used this store for 4 years since I moved here and the associates that I have dealt with have always been friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about what I am trying to accomplish

I am doing a complete remodel of my house. I went to get paint, and then at a later date, the trim for my kitchen. I was very satisfied with the selection, and different choices of the trim offered. The kitchen looks great, and I am going back today to get Items or my living room.
