The store was clean products easy to find. And the employees are really nice.

Couldn't ask for a better group of folks !

Very clean and organized store with wide aisles that are well labeled to find whatever you need. Plus, easy to recognize team members by their orange apron and if they can't help you, they find someone who works in that department that can. I also love my Home Depot app that has Special Daily Deals at incredible discounts. I check it every day! Ship to store is free and very convenient. The best thing is the wealth of knowledge I have gained from the team members in every department. Thank you all!

Definitely will not ask any store associate for assistance when I return to this store! I received better help and knowledge from the App on my smart phone with no sarcasm! The only reason I'll return to this store is because it's conveniently located close to my house!

I was looking for a workbench that I had previously seen in the store, but was at the time out of stock. The Service Desk Pro that assisted me went above and beyond to locate the item for me and followed up with a phone call to tell me she had it in stock.... I immediately drove down to make the purchase. Great customer service and follow up!

The staff at the Phenix City really knows how to make a minority feel unwelcomed and unwanted in their stores. I was followed and targeted by staff throughout my entire course of shopping on this visit. I did not finish my shopping and opted to go to another hardware store in the area after this behavior by staff. A good morning to all customers no just those you chose to say it to goes a long way.

The customer service at this store has always been ten times above par no matter what the question. The personnel can provide information on locations of products no matter what section they worked.

Each time I visit Home Depot in Phenix City it is always a pleasant experience. I get assistance as needed and I can always find the products or supplies I’m looking for. Products are for the most part organized and the store environment is clean.

This Home Depot in Phenix city, Al is a pleasure to shop at. The employees doesn't wait for you to ask for help, if they see you looking in a area at an item, which were easily found, they will come over to you to see if they can help. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable about their job which is a trait you don't often see now a days.

The Phenix City, Alabama Home Depot store is an awesome home improvement , building materials , ECT place to shop. We absolutely love Home Depot, but some of the employees need to be more customer oriented , there are a lot of employees in that store that will never even speak to a customer. We have had employees walk by us and not even look at us, not to mention asking us if we need any assistance. We love shopping at Home Depot , but their employees need to be more helpful and courteous.
