The store was clean and organized but customer service was terrible. I was purchasing a zero turn lawn mower and staff acted as if it was an inconvenience to assist me. they acted as if they were mad because I was ruining their chance to run on out the door to go home or to go on to their break. The machine I purchased was advertised at one price but sold to me at a higher price.

The store was clean shelves were stocked with everything we needed. However when it came to checking out that was a completely different story in itself, and a complete total disaster! A buggy full with items to include gardening tools that are sharp, toddler sitting up front & had to sit purse w/him bc I was made to use self checkout bc I was paying w/card as others were, had to scan all of it, bag it, watch my son closely so he wouldn't stand-jump-fall-or grab anything, there is nowhere to put your items in the self check out so it was just about impossible & beyond frustrating with a line growing. What was the worst part is not only the $220 spent and that's just this time, but there were 6 employees just standing in the front chilling doing absolutely nothing until 1 walked away to a person that decided they had cash then 5 min later another walked outside. I mean I might as well get a time card and punch in. Not friendly at all and didn't care something has changed!

No matter what dept, the employees are always helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Products are easy to find and if you cant then they will jump right in and find it for you. Restrooms are always clean and so is store

Just moved to the area and was very pleasantly surprised and pleased with the exceptional customer service I received at this store. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and eager to please. What more can you ask? Jerry and Melissa were wonderful. Purchased 2 sheets of plywood and had them cut to my specifications and was in and out in 10 minutes thanks to Jerry. A real gentleman.

Store was not busy and sales clerks were standing in aisles talking to each other not offering to help. Interrupted two store employees that were chatting with each other and asked about location of a product and was told that was not their department and to ask some else. Went to check out and left. The only bright spot was the clerk at check out, who was friendly and helpful.

It is a clean, fresh, well stocked store. I had difficulty finding an employee for directions and I thought I had to wait too long for assistance loading. I do not plan to shop at ANY Home Depot if I can avoid it due to the reported political contributions of high level persons.

Easy to find what you are looking for. Employees are willing to help you if you need it. Everyone is courteous and find time to help even if they are busy working an aisle. Checkout most of the time is easy and quick. Cashiers are always friendly.

Just make sure you avoid Beatrice she is rude and doesn't charge you the right price she has overcharged me 3 times now.
