Customer service above and beyond expectations. So polite and attentive to me asking for Help. Safe distance and very clean.

While trying to find a certain small hand tool - I asked three different people where I would find it- the first said "I don't know" and then went on her way- the next 2 said "we just went on break" and walked off laughing. After finding what I needed - I go to check out and the woman there will not accept my government issued VA card because it does not say what branch I was in. IF YOU ARE A VETERAN - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE !!!

i go to this store because i have and have made friends . i am sure i have known some for close to 30 years. the store is easy to get to. i like the hand wash at the door. with many options. no one can keep customers from putting bolts in any place rather than where it came from. happened to me at register. other customers had to wait for me to go back and get all same size bolts. some times i go out of my way to find friends and say hi . i can think of 5 off the top of my head. i like seeing the same people in their sections for years. they know the product and what the store carries. gives me confidence.

The customer service desk is always 110% about service. Not just friendly but above and beyond. I wish all customer service departments in every Home Depot store could be trained by this Crew

The associates were friendly and courteous. So glad that Home Depot is following the major rule- Wear Masks. I have an immuno compromised person at home. Prevention is better than cure.

The store was well stocked and the garden center has a great variety to choose from

helpful employees, clean store, they always have what I need. I have never had a issue at this store. Its always a pleasant visit.

extremely DISSATISFIED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! CASHIER CHARGED ME FOR SWAPPING OUT PRODUCT THE SAME EXACT PRICE, SHOULD HAVE BEEN AN EQAUL SWAP. SO I PAID DOUBLE FOR MY PRODUCT, 29.97 X 2= 59.94 NOT HAPPY AT ALL

terrible experience doing curbside pickup that is apparently a week behind. a ridiculous response to a ridiculous virus

We always choose Home Depot. Today David from tools at the Phenix City location made us realize once again why we always choose Home Depot. I cannot rave enough about the outstanding service we received. He went above and beyond to help us out without being asked to do so! Cannot thank him enough! Thank you David, and Home Depot!

Had a rather large online order that I anticipated would take longer than normal. Came in to cancel it due to only having a small window of time to pick up, and CJ was walking up with the order. He and Jenny at the customer service desk were extremely helpful and professional, and are a main reason for me planning to continue shopping here

We really like this neighborhood store. It is always very active and busy. We like the good stock of plants and veggies they always have. We appreciate very much the helpful response and assistance we get from their employees. In addition to home and garden stuff, we also have purchased our washer and dryer from this store. We are very happy with the product. Keep up the good work.

i have never had problems with this store before but today was NOT good!! the check out employee after standing in line would not let me go next when it was my turn instead i had to wait in 2 other lines when i needed to leave quickly because my wife is on chemo therapy and a high risk to the virus.

I have shopped at this Phenix City Home Depot from 2008 thru today 3/9/2020. I started shopping there for items I need to built my house. Some of the same employees are still there. That tells me a lot about HD as an employer. For the most part HD had everything I needed from lumber thru fasteners, to bathroom items( shower, toilet, sinks etc.) Many times employees would cut lumber for me! I bought insulation, rented trench diggers, electric saws and stands, measuring tapes, and on and on...You get the idea. I kept returning to this store because I knew it would most likely have what I needed, at a fair price and above all get HELP, as I am not a pro builder or carpenter, etc. And I have purchased untold number of plants,seeds, fertilizers, etc as well! And I have bought ALL my paint there as well. I shopped for ceramic tile and found what would suit me.Fortunately this HD store is on the major highway that goes by my house so is very convenient as well.

Friendly staff and service

This review is concerning a purchase I made on 12/04/19 of paint for the interior of my home. I entered the store and went to paint department there I a young man was working and I asked him if could match the paint I had brought with me he said yes. I give him the 5 gallon container with the type of paint, paint code, on the label. I asked him if I could buy semigloss paint in a 5 gallon Container he told me no, so asked if I buy flat paint in a 5 gallon container he yes. So told him to put the paint that was matching for me in a 5 gallon container. I paid for the paint and took it the home started to paint and it did not match so I returned to Home Depot on Hwy 280 Phenix City the next day There I met the manager of the Department and I told he what had happen ! he told the paint could not be returned so I asked what can do with 5 gallons of paint that didn't match my interior walls ? He told me to go home and cut a piece of dry wood form my wood with paint on it and bring it back and he wood match it. Well I did just that and returned to the store. He look at the color and added more white to lighten up the paint until he say that's the closest I can come, well I brought the paint home and that did not match either so I spent $150.00 on paint that does not my interior so I will not be buying any more paint for home depot because it was not made clear that the paint could be returned at the time that I had it mixed.

Associates in the lighting and flooring departments were very helpful and knowledgeable. The flooring they helped me choose is beautiful.

This is absolutely the friendliest store in Phenix City. Employees are amazing.

I wish I could give zero stars. I asked 3 people for help and not a single employee helped. Another customer helped me. So much for customer service. I will be spending money elsewhere

I ordered a garage door opener with installation. After 2 weeks, numerous phone calls, multiple problems, and 3 visits to the store to resolve this, I cancelled the order. Staff was unknowledgeable about why it could not be scheduled for the installation.

Wonderfully friendly! Especially Ms Linda took her ’off time’ to help me get a heavy item into the store for a return! She greets at the front door with the biggest smile and will hellp anyway she can! All the employees make extra efforts to assist and they’re not too hard to locate. We also love the children’s workshop and enjoy taking our grand kids! Thank you, Phenix City Home Depot!’
