Associates are very friendly and helpful with ideas. They are easy to talk to and make the shopping experience more pleasant

I've visited this location a few times for small projects but today it was absolutely by far the beginning of the best part of mine and my wife's day. The customer service was impeccable and very on point in every aspect. Not in any way overbearing but assisting. One person inparticular that I give thanks to is Addison *sp. I asked him for assistance and this brother was resourceful, efficient, personable, patient, empathetic and full of gratitude for the opportunity to help. We too are grateful for him and the other staff for their help and appreciate the effort put into customer service skills.

Piqua home depot is the best and always well be in my book ! I used to work there and have many friends steal thier. PLease always have a great time crew and my friends and always stay happy and safe out there please

I bought electrical and plumbing supplies for a new woodworking shop. Selection and price and the assistance is top notch. Nice to find help that knows more than the consumer.

Every time we go to Home Depot in Piqua, Ohio, we are always treated well and if we need help, we get it. Clean store and always open….even some holidays.

I had been trying to find Weed B Gon and could not find it in stock and Piqua Home Depot had LOTS of it in stock! It was wonderful not to have to order it and wait a few days, especially when I needed to use it today.

If you buy something that is being delivered..beware. They’ll cancel at the drop of a hat and if you call the store they’ll tell you, not their issue. It’s an outside delivery service. Eager to take your money. Not Eager to help with delivery issues.

Make several trips a day into my local home depot. Usually always easy in an easy out.

I was greeted by Bob P. in the plumbing department. He answered all my questions and helped me find what I needed in 3 other departments. In addition, 3 other employees asked me if I needed assistance. It’s worth an extra 15 minute drive for me to know I will have incredible customer service.

I just want to mention the checkout tables that were built to replace the old ones. I was informed that they were built by an employee named Kim. They're nicely built and fit the overall theme of the store, being built by items in the store. Then I was informed that not only had she done one checkout ,but both checkouts. I think this is just an awesome display of craftsmanship, and overall dedication to the store. Good Job!

I’m sorry but when I go to Home Depot and I go to self checkout it’s because I don’t wanna talk to people and keep to myself lol… plus I get super light headed when I go to stores (WHY IDK IM WEIRD I GUESS) and that’s another reason why I use self check outs to avoid more stress lol and when the lady who was working in the self check out area asks me if I want help and continues to touch everything in my cart when I say NO it’s annoying . If y’all are that worried about people stealing or whatever don’t have self check outs 🫠 The Home Depot come onnnnn people it’s called personal space and respect. Call me a dang Karen cause I’m frustrated

I was recently checked out by a new employee, Jessica. this young lady was excellent. She was being trained by another young lady Kim. Jessica was both polite and just genuine in her attitude and conversation. It was very refreshing. Kim is ALWAYS on point and so very helpful while remaining very polite. All the employees I deal with on a regular basis at this store are excellent. From the PRO Desk to checkout everyone are always great.

I walked into the store through the garden center - because the cleaning product I was looking for is at the back of the store. A Home Depot staff member noticed me and came to my aid immediately. He stayed and helped me find the OdoBan for Pets. This is a big box store - WITH HELP!! Amazing, right? The staff is helpful AND friendly!!
