I had an issue regarding an online coupon to in store on a Milwaukee m12 kit and Susan from hardware was extremely kind and professional. She provided so much help I couldn’t be more grateful and Chad at the customer service desk was also helpful on getting the issues resolved and me out the door with what I wanted couldn’t be more pleased

I live in Troy, but I always enjoy shopping at the Home Depot. The store is well laid out and the staff is very helpful and ready to assist the customer. I find things easier than at other home improvement stores.

As soon as I walked in I got good customer service I noticed it the store was really Clean all the questions I had she was very knowledgeable And even offered to put my things in my car for me

Got great assistance today. They had the item in stock, but not on shelves, and they hurried it out for me.

We had a very pleasant experience during the challenging task of purchasing new appliances for our new condo. The main reason for that was because a very knowledgeable store employee by the name of Steven in the appliance section of the store. He provided us with lots of information so that we could make good decisions.

We came to this store after we couldn't get anyone to help us get a grill down at another home improvement store that's near our home. We were greeted immediately when we entered, then were helped by three different sales employees, one who helped direct us to an associate who could help us find the grill we wanted, the person who helped us with the grill itself, and another employee who operated lift equipment to get our 135 lb. grill from the very top shelf. The person who checked us out was also friendly and efficient. We felt appreciated throughout the process, and none of the employees ever behaved as if we were bothering them or wasting their time. We wouldn't shop anywhere else for our home improvement needs.

I enjoy the Home Depot store and the friendly people that work there. I look forward to working with them every time I visit for products. They are pretty knowledgeable about anything I have looked for. The prices have been reasonable and we liked the Black Friday sale.

Awesome experience today at Home Depot. Their customer service gal with the truck rental really went out of her way to help us get a truck. They (rentals) were all gone for the time we wanted. So we were planning on leaving however she told us that one would probably be back soon as the customer was a regular who was never gone long. Then as we left she called us back to her because the gentleman was walking in the door to return the truck. She saved us a trip to Dayton and lots of extra money. Bravo!

Before actually using Home Depot, I had heard detrimental talk about Home Depot. Since shopping at the Piqua Home Depot, I have found the employees very helpful, knowledgeable, with good prices on construction needs. It's a shame I cannot get a job there, but I have projects to still keep me busy.

Home Depot in Piqua ohio, is one of the friendliest stores that I have ever shopped. Very well organized and clean, employees are very knowledgeable about their areas and beyond. I would recommend this store to everyone.
