I have only recently been to this store a few times but each time I have had excellent customer service. I bought a refrigerator a few months ago delivered to me. Today I had a cabinet delivered on time and super nice fellow.

Great store to shop at for your home needs, with good friendly employees.

I've made several purchases recently for business as well as personal. I can't begin to say enough about the service I was provided this time and EVERY time I go into this store. From the aide of the women in tools, to the men and women in faucets and refrigerators to just questions given to Bob at the customer help desk. Then upon checkout the help and courtesy of the women Kim and Jen who Always greet me upon entry to thanking me and asking if anything else they can help me with prior to checking out and leaving. A true TEAM effort by all parties mentioned and those not mentioned.

I've been buying tools and machinery during Black Friday (month) for years and have not found better value on high quality brands such as DeWalt, Milwaukee, and Diablo. Great selection on all brands too, which is nice to compare head-to-head.

I did my research before going to the store and knew exactly which mower I wanted. When I got to the store, no one from Lawn and Garden was available and thought I would have to return another day or go elsewhere. I approached the Self-Checkout Cashier named Tamela for assistance. She had never sold a mower before, but was able to figure out how to make the sale happen and did a great job explaining the need to knows. If not for her willingness to figure out the process, I would have spent my $4,000 elsewhere.

The store was well positioned in the town and manned by local people

The lady named Stephanie helped me use self check out and helped me with my gift card. She was smiling and so upbeat. What a great employee!!

Stephanie was very friendly and knowledgeable cashier. I always appreciate a good experience and a smile which she gave me both!

Purchased 3 appliances from Piqua Ohio store. Prices are good. Transactions are smooth and quick. Deliveries are as promised. Stands behind products. Very happy with my purchases!

Mike Bice in Millwork was awesome in helping place our OSB order. He did some price checking for us, offered welcomed suggestions, and saved us money!

I purchased a Ryobi table say assemble it today. I am happy with the ability to make future adjustments and how study the portable saw feels.

I'm always greeted every time I visit this store. The Cashier Tammy is very helpful and Professional, she makes my shopping experience great. The other employees on the floor are very helpful and will go out of their way to help me with everything that I need.

The store was very clean and organized and the staff is amazing.

Going to Piqua, OH Home Depot is always a pleasant experience. Everyone is friendly, the store clean and arranged. If they are in an area they are not sure of, help is quickly found. When help is needed to retain or reach the product, they are very accommodating. This has happened several times, with no employee grumbling or being annoyed, they even smile.

We needed 8 - 50 pound bags of pea gravel. We were unable to get any help either to load onto the cart or load into our vehicle. Absolutely terrible!

Super customer service and friendly employees who help us with things even when we don't know what to ask. Best of the home improvement stores around.

Piqua Home Depot has many very knowledgeable and helpful employees.

A kind young lady named, Kay assisted us at the Piqua, Ohio store. We bought $1,300.00....20 boxes of flooring. She approached us and asked us if we needed help. She checked pricing for us. She loaded the cart. She pulled the cart, helped us check out and then helped us load our truck. We are an older couple and did so appreciate her help.

Employees were very helpful and welcoming.

The ProDesk was extremely helpful in helping us with our purchase of deck railing.

I live in Sidney Ohio and have 2 box stores in my town but I choose to drive 12 miles to Piqua to Home Depot. The entire shopping experience is better, I can buy online and pick it up at the store. This store has good friendly knowledgeable staff.

This store is always well stocked and clean.The employees are always very friendly and helpful. I love the fact that you offer a military discount. Thank you for that.
