It was a pleasure to shop on the day after Mother's Day ...

I had the best experience ever setting up some remodeling work with Jessica, & Margo in the flooring dept . They truly made the entire project perfect & fun.

This is by far my favorite home improvement store. It's well stocked and has the best employees. The sales associates don't make an about-face when you make eye contact; but ask if there's anything they can help me find. Alex M. is my fav at Plymouth and most knowledgeable sales associate. Gives me the info I'm looking for on items I consider buying.

I needed to return a vanity so I called and talked to both Chris and Betsey. They were so helpful and arranged for a pickup at my home. I’ve always had excellent customer service at the Plymouth store. We get all our home and garden items there!

Went into the Plymouth store as a seasonal product I needed a lot of was not stocked at any store in the quantities I needed. Pro Desk employee Kermit came to my rescue, found a distribution center with enough product and set me up with a delivery where I needed it. Thank you to Kermit! I am really grateful.

After visiting two other Home Improvement stores I was pleasantly surprised to find such great personal service at Home Depot! I stopped twice to look at wood flooring and was greeted both times by very friendly and helpful staff. The second trip I knew I wanted to purchase flooring and was helped by a very friendly and helpful employee all the way through the process. It is so nice to know there is staff that will help. I will definitely go back to Home Depot for further purchases!

All the self check outs were open, no one was at any of the registers or helping at the self check outs . Had to walk to pro desk to make my purchase. Would have been real easy to just walk out and not pay

Returned a cheap gas grill that unfortunately did not work. Customer service employee was very helpful in the return and recommended a grill model I might want to check out. He than helped look up a price on a display and then checked me out and helped me load the grill. Courteous, professional and helpful.

i purchased a water spigot last week. the gaskets were damaged causing it to leak out the handle. mgr ok'd a replacement right away

Price Match a hassle--purchase from the other store

A friend and I went to 3 stores to shop for annual plants. Home Depot had the best quality, quantity and prices. I haven't seen customer service like that for years! I was looking for 1 particular plant. I asked Ivan. He finished working with a customer and took me where the plants were - in the back..as he said, I would never have found them. He took a couple flats off the top of a rack for me to make the selection. He then found transport containers. My friend then bought some as well as someone who saw what we had. When paying for our purchases, Anne, the cashier, was very pleasant and asked if I was interested in saving $25 by acquiring a credit card. Of curse I was! She was very pleasant and did what she needed to do to start and complete that process. I tell everyone I see to go to HOME DEPOT!

Christopher the cashier assisted me in the propane check out process. He even helped me load 2 very heavy propane tanks into my car and seat belted them in! He was very kind and considerate and went above and beyond his cashier duties to help me. THANK YOU CHRISTOPHER!

Connor helped me over the phone with an appliance purchase that required delivery, haul-away of the old appliance, and installation of the new one. The website was a nightmare to try to do this. Connor, over the phone, made the process rather seamless. He is fantastic!!! Thank you again!!

We went shopping for a new countertop & sink and were helped by Sue who went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. She found us a sale, helped us choose all the parts and made suggestions based on our desires. Overall a wonderful experience!

I've been to a bunch of Home Depot's, but this store, is by far the best location.

I had a great visit today at Home Depot. All employees were helpful and friendly. Luceneta checked me out and I had a hard time accessing my Home Depot account on my phone...she tried to help but it wasn't working so she was kind enough to give me my military discount.

I just received a new set of appliances from a friend of mine for my birthday I was very happy and Dave made it extra special
