I returned a couple of items and picked up and order and Amber was so helpful with getting the items from my buggy and helping me get the ordered items. It was very busy at the time but she didn’t make me feel rushed. She was very pleasant. I bought a floor lamp and it is so gorgeous it has 3 small lamp shades and it really adds to my room.

Working on home projects and having help from someone that knows what they are doing is a relief . Widowed and know nothing about repairing and building anything! Thanks Home Depot for making what seems like huge repairs be simple fun projects!

I requested help loading 25 bags of mulch and was basically told they don’t do that there. I told the employee that the Savannah location told me to request this next time I came in. The employee informed me that each store is different and they don’t do that here. I only asked because that is what I was told. I wonder if my wife or someone else would have been denied help. Very unsatisfied

Happy with the Pooler, GA store.

Have bought several ceiling fans for our new built home so the products have not been tested yet. Items purchase are still in the boxes. But the associates there and the supplies are what impressed me about the store. Great help, friendly, go out of their way to help. Follow up if busy. If no knowledge about my questions led me to the righ person

Deborah & Ivette would be the reason I come back to this store! They went above and beyond and not only made me happy, but made my 3 year old son so happy!

Went to grab a few things and sweet lady helped me find everything (that was behind cage) and was so happy and joking around

While this location had the number of cushions needed to complete my porch project I nearly took everything back and left the store....why? No human checkers! There are ONLY SELF CHECK OUTS! So, all future purchases will be made in Brunswick where they have cashiers to check you out!

Today was a turning point. I’ve avoided Home Depot all together due to being denied military discount ever since the Home Depot app was rolled out. The discount was not the deal breaker for me. The breaking point was the amount of disrespectful responses or lack of willingness to listen to the issues I was having by other employees. Despite always having an ID with me, I was typically denied my discount. I’ve never been able to access my existing account due to the incorrect email on file and even the wrong name. This was an error by a Home Depot employee over 7 years ago and I had no access, control or ability to correct it without causing conflicts in the system. I couldn’t simply open another account with my correct email as the account already had my phone number, name and address on file. Today, an employee took the time to actually listen and help me get it fixed. She even called the Home Depot customer support line and walked through all of the issues with them to make sure it got fixed, I route I’ve tried several times but never got the help I needed.

I bought a fridge on a Saturday and surprisingly with the economy the way it is and people not wanting to work, this store was staffed appropriately and very Plesant to work with.

I had a head injury this past year and between that and my normal psychosis I can be a little slow at times and I'm sure they ture of my questions however you would never know it and I even thank them for how patient they are.

Great store. Most employees helpful and friendly....an occasional bad apple. Availability of store manager, or his/her representative needs improvement.

I love this store and will be back. Also Ms. Angela is a wonderful person. She helped me with everything I needed.

I was very impressed with the customer service and all around pleasant interactions I had with several employees on Saturday. It was very busy but everyone was helpful and pleasant even when I had multiple questions. Even offering suggestions when I wasn't sure of what I needed.

We had a lot of frustration shopping at other stores, receiving damaged merchandise. Home Depot made this trip easy and our customer service with Deborah was extremely pleasant.

The Pooler Home Depot is in a great location for us as we travel. There is no Home Depot in our town so we enjoy stopping here whenever possible. The store employees are always friendly and helpful.
