This was my first time visiting this location although I lived in the area four four years. I appreciate the kindness and assistance I received from each associate that I conversed with. Even the customers were equally friendly. I learned a lot while waiting and Christina, my sales associate was very kind and especially helpful. She went above and beyond her call of duty. This veteran appreciates you!!

Every time I come to this Home Depot my visit is always great and I always get the help I seek. The one exception is the 3 rd party they partner with to do measurements for kitchen remodel. I paid for measurements and when my appointment date came no one showed. I called the company and the person that answered said “I am on a plane I will call back” never called back. When I told home depot they called them and they told them that “ everyone has covid” so I got my refund. I then proceeded to pay for measurements again maybe a few weeks later this time I was told that they were behind on measurements and would get to me when they could I said okay and waited a full month and never got a call or anything so I got another refund and now seeking another company to remodel my kitchen. Other than this measurements situation everything else with them is great.

Everyone is always smiling and engaging. I enjoy coming to this store.

Very pleased with the Glenridge Falls 7-Piece Metal Outdoor Dining Set. The product is very well made and the customer service was outstanding.

Helpful staffing and service

I have looked for dishwashers and found this one at Home Depot. The price was right especially with all the inflation that has been going on. Home depot was able to keep the cost down along with quality

Great experience & but need maintain quality

LiKeisha Hester has helped me previously in the past and she is hands down the best associate I have ever worked with. I came back just because of her, she was able to assist me beyond my expectations with my order and questions. She has a calming and hard working nature. She was also able to get me an additional discount! My trip was a success! If you need to order Appliances see LiKeisha; she is knowledgable and will go above and beyond!

I'm a regular customer of the Pooler Home Depot. Usally find most everything on any given visit.

My review should be honest and not filtered. The store is fine, the customer service is beyond horrible. The last key I had made also doesn't work, I hope the keys from this purchase do.

Sale events are well worth the wait you may experience at the Pooler Ga store! We've been shopping for a gas range for months. Home Depot had the product and the price could not be beat!

I bought a house and repairing it has been a nightmare, thankfully with the help of Tyriq from doors and the manager John, The stress of fixing this fixer upper has went away.

My personal experience in this store is always great. Employees are kind and courteous. Someone is always available to help.

Electrical department employee was very helpful in assisting in her selected department.

Every time I come in I look for Tyriq, he knows about the whole store and he helped me grow my tomatoes and told me how to build a raised garden in lumber.

Clean and well organized. Staff are professionals. Our cashier Rebecca was helpful. Mark helped with selection of a new ladder and even loaded it in my van.
