I wish to give a shout out to a gentleman named Chris at the Pooler location. I have never had someone go above and beyond to understand and assist with solving a problem the way he did. It was easy to go home and complete as he helped me find everything I needed. Thank you Chris!

I purchased a 1/2" impact wrench, a 11 piece socket set, swivel and 3" extension. The customer service folks were very helpful.

As a woman, I feel that when I go to Home Depot I can pretty much count on no one helping me with anything. No one is ever available or friendly enough to ask.

Carlee the assistant manager of the home appliance area is an asset and would be a great manager of a store.

Later in evenings it is hard to get any type of assistance. I was fortunate to meet an employee, Taneisha, who was off the clock but still ensured I had someone, Assistant Store Manager Julie, take my order at the Pro Desk. Taneisha provided Julie the guidance in ensuring an ordered the proper material since Trek has many items in their system. I was able to get my special order, pro discount and financial terms successfully completed in a timely manner during a time your don't always have someone at the Pro desk.

The Pooler HD always has the best plant. Better than Savannahs.

Carlee went above and beyond and drove 2 hours in her own car to find the exact AC unit I needed! It’s amazing to see people do still care about customer service and I appreciated it so much!

EVERY Employee I crossed paths with was friendly, spoke to me, stopped what they were doing, asked if I needed help, smiled and made my visit extremely positive! What an unbelievable group of Employees!!

Managers at this store seem to think they know what is right, yet the store is dirty, employees can't answer ?'s and are usually nowhere to be found, isles are cluttered, plants are dead or lifeless, and the store has a staff that generally could care less about customers

Excellent store loaded with everything that someone could possibly need to build a home from the ground up. The employees were awesome and it is a great location.

I recently had a need to run in and grab a few things. The associate that helped me saved me not only time but frustration as well. This drop in was a great experience.

Although I'm a "Fun Size 5'2" I couldn't reach the item that Cindi helped me find. Cindi being maybe 1/2 inch taller than me (or shorter) reached the item for me. We laughed as she was on her tippy toes to get the item. She then gave great customer service checking me out. Thanks Cindi

I WAS LOOKING FOR COOKTOP CLEANER WEIMAN I HAD A HARD TIME FIND IT, SO A VERY NICE EMPLOYEE HELP ME AND HE WAS VERY POLITE.

Angela was the best today in the self checkout. I had 10 boxes of the same size and I didn’t want to scan each one individually. She took over and I didn’t have to make a fool of myself. Lol! Great experience
