The gentleman working in the paint section was awesome and helped me out perfectly. Myrdett my cashier was very pleasant and did her job perfectly!

Very clean store especially in the time of COVID. If you ever run into an employee by the name of Delondrea she was very helpful! Called help for me when it was needed because I had no clue where to go for the items I needed. Her checkout was speedy and friendly and she definitely made my day within a couple of minutes!

Once again, EXTRAORDINARY service! When i asked the location of an item, the team member walked me right to it, instead of just telling me what aisle it was on. Then they waited to see if i had any other questions!

One of the associates, Keith was very helpful during my visit. He did not hesitate in offering help to find a product. Also he went above and beyond until I located the correct item.

Great customer service

Please answer the phone when customers call. Waiting, on two phone lines, for 20 minutes at 9:15 in the morning seems excessive. i had just left the store and the cashier did not put an item i bought in my bag. after getting home and realizing this, i called the store to inquire on what to do but no one will answer. so I guess that is adding insult to injury. additionally, having employees walking around loudly complaining about customers for several minutes at a time and going on and on about how the customers make your life so difficult and how they don’t understand how busy you are is not very professional or appreciated by other customers.

I went to buy a cordless mower today, and the model I was looking for was temporarily out of stock but with more on the way. One of the team pointed out a model elsewhere in the store, and proceeded to get a group together to get one down off of the top of a shelf. I was pleased to see everyone working together, and they were courteous to me and other customers. At a time when coronavirus has seemed to rob retail of anything resembling customer service, this group shined. The genuinely wanted to get me fixed up, and were friendly to other customers as they came by.

This location has the BEST employees who always give me OUTSTANDING customer service!

Very clean, organized store. Even had the bird of paradise plant I've been looking for over the past few months!!!

The employees that WERE NOT at the registers were helpful, the cashier and customer service representative I encountered....not so much. Both seemed to be upset to be at work. I even greeted both and was polite throughout the transactions. Neither wanted to help or verify the price of what I was purchasing. Basically was over charged for a purchase and when I tried to get it corrected, those 2 ladies weren’t trying to help. Overall, will never come to this Home Depot ever again.

store was clean but mask hygiene was terrible, from greeters to assistants in the aisles to the customers. found products easily. Self checkout was fast but no hand sanitizer available there. why?

If you need assistance in hardware don’t bother going to this location their associates are very rude. I didnt need an expert just had a simple question regarding product on the shelf and could not receive it without catty remarks.

The store is very busy, so do not expect an associate to quickly come forward to ask if you need anything. The aisles are like any other Home Depot, properly organized. I have always been able to find what I needed while shopping. However, I would not buy locks and get them re-keyed at this store. They stated re-keying would take a couple hours; however, after four hours it was not rekeyed, then they wanted another two hours to re-key the lock. I have had no problems with getting a key copied on multiple prior visits.

One of the worst places to go for home supplies. The associates are not friendly or helpful. It is a place of last resort to shop. If you are incapable of helping yourself, DO NOT go to this store.

Witnessed employees loading their cars before the 6AM opening with cleaning and paper towel products. I was the 3rd person in the store and no Lysol products were left and a pallet of paper towels had almost been depleted. This is wrong!

Some mild issues with delivery or pickup of items over time but overall a great store to shop. Never any issues with the friendliness and helpfulness of the employees.

We love the Midtown Home Depot! It always has great products along with great customer service!
