Prices on the shelf and when it rings up are two different things. I asked for a manager and showed her the label on the shelf for the product and she told me I don’t get to make up the prices. What an insult! Pay attention to prices when you check out this store will rip you off!!

This store continues to be the BEST! No matter when i go in , the store is clean and clutter-free and the staff is consistently friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond my expectations!

I went to the store to purchase tile for my kitchen and bathroom. Candace and Rasheal were AWESOME! These young ladies were patient and very kind towards me during my visit. All of the store associates were very nice and pleasant as I made my way to the back of the store. I will definitely be returning to the store again.

On 12/17/2019 I called the store to place a huge order for one if my investment properties. I was told, after I paid, that I would have my delivery on today, December 18 between 8-10 am (Which I was charged extra for this 2 hour window) At noon today, I called my contractors to verify its delivery. NO! I called and spoke with Brianna, the store manager, she was VERY insensitive and very matter of fact that she was not even going to attempt to rectify this situation although it was a HUGE error on their behalf! She made the statement of "I'm not about to go back and forth with you!" when I was trying to get clarity on what was going on with my order. I have STILL yet to know what happened with my order! No explanation, NOTHING! My order was almost $4,000! So at this point I am SCREWED and stuck paying payroll for 4 contractors and they don't have the materials to work!

Card readers at this store have been messing up ever since they installed them. They force the person to insert card multiple times and then end up swiping your card. A insert card with a chip is quite a bit more secure.

This store is REALLY cluttered! You can't get down the main front aisle with lumber carts because it's so junky! Remove some of the crap in front of the Pro Desk especially! JUNKY JUNKY STORE

All the employees are super helpful every time I am in this store. It's a small store but they still usually have exactly what I need.

I had to be a NON-paid employee by checking myself out. AND there were only 3 self checkouts open. Pathetic.

Thr employee's are very good, knowledgeable, smile and professional. Shakisha helped me in Carpet and I know iI had plenty of questions. Shakisha listened, recomended and made me aware that if I get the correct measurements per room the carpet I purchased would be cut there. Wow that a desl breaker. I bought 96 feet of carpet. !!!!##

The two women up front where you used to return items are rude and need not worry about me coming back this is the third time I have been treated like crap just to ask if I could checkout there, they both walked off and ignored me. If the hags don’t want to be there then go home. Name Briea and Chelsea and are very Prejudiced and extremely rude.

U Scan lines only open. Had to buy two washers with no barcode on them. Cashier acted like she was doing me a favor by looking up the code. In fact, I had to go get her; she was not about to come see what assistance I needed...

RIPPING OFF CUSTOMERS WITH SIGNAGE SELLING ALOE VERA PLANTS FOR $5.00. WHEN U CHECK OUT YOU ARE CHARGED $5.00 FOR THE PLANT AND $5.00 FOR THE 3-4" DIAMETER POT IT IS DISPLAYED IN. I AM SURE THERE IS A NAME FOR THIS KIND OF TRICKERY BUT I DO NOT RECALL WHAT IT IS AT THIS TIME. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN HOME DEPOT FOR DOING THIS TO THEIR CUSTOMERS.
