This location is easily accessible. I have always been able to find what I want when I shop this location and the staff / sales personnel are very helpful. Please resume the project classes.

The last three visits to this store there has been two lines open and the self checkout lines closed. Each time there were 7-9 people standing in each line waiting to check out. Next time I will spend that ten minutes that I would most probably be spending in line at this store and drive to another establishment. The management at this store should recognize that the customers time is valuable to them and we will take our business elsewhere to an establishment that values their customers.

Good customer service

store lacks employees educated on whether they carry the product you are looking for and that's if you can even get help from an employee. Be prepared to wait in a checkout line for several minutes at this store

I would recommend this store only for it's convenience. If you have questions about products, it's probably best to do your own research before visiting this location. Sale associates weren't very helpful.

This home depot always have large stock of the product I like to buy. I went to another Home Depot out east and they didn't have what I like to buy. It didn't appear like they carried it. So I'm sticking to the Midtown Home Depot.

Very good Store with many helpful employees

Upon walking in no one wanted to help me locate products. I was pushed from employee to employee. Finally they directed me to an employee. He took care of me, he was very helpful and kind. The store didn’t have many options when it came down to it. I was buying lumber and the stock was low and low quality. (The employee helped pick out the best ones.) After I bought lumber and left it on lay away for my contractor to pick it up the next day. He came in and had to wait a WHOLE HOUR to be told that all the products that I BOUGHT were put back on their shelves. What’s the point of putting it on lay away if the employees are just going to put it back and have to repack it out the next day when we come to pick it out. Waste of time and horrible service. The fact that he had to wait for an HOUR for the employees to find my order. Then they don’t even have it anymore. Unacceptable.

Every person I come into contact with,are very polite. But asking for a homedepot credit every time you check out is irritating!

A "1" Stop Shop, and my wife and I appreciate the products you carry and the outstanding services you provide to your customers.

This store is the best, well organize and have a lot of stock so you'll find what you need.

The front counterworkers need to smile and act like they are satisfied with working and stop arguing with customers .

Fire the ghetto women at customer service! Terrible service several times I've gone in there. Poor management. Starts at the top.
