If I was able to rate a zero star, I completely would. This location is absolutely disgusting! I will never be shopping here again nevertheless recommended this location to anyone else. This establishment does not deserve my money. First off, let me say that I was told that staff does not work the sales floor on a Sunday. I understand it’s memorial day weekend however if I am spending a great amount of money, I do deserve at least The decency to be directed to what I am looking for. My grandpa and I went in looking for a wet patch that we needed because my roof is currently being worked on as I am writing. After we found what we were looking for we proceeded to walk over to the line. Cashier Adriana was completely upset and angry because we asked her a question. The question was “excuse me; can we check out here?”. Please be mindful. I was asking a self check out as she was there. She started to SHOUT not say SHOUT that we were unable to check out there and says GO THE LINE pointing at the line that is happening wrapping around the store. Please note that the self check out cashiers were OPEN ready to use. I kindly ask that she did not get an attitude with me because it was not necessary. She proceeded to cuss at me in Spanish. Again, I speak Spanish, so that was totally not necessary. For the amount of money that I was paying this experience was incredibly disgusting and absurd. I went to a self check out behind her that was open; checked myself out and left. I will be expecting a call from the general manager - let alone the district manager. Absolutely NOT NICE!

It was so refreshing to have a home depot employee go out of his way to assist me. The check out line was so long and the product I needed was locked behind fencing. Issac helped me to check out and he helped located the items I needed and helped me load the heavy items into my car. If it wasn't for Issac, I would have walked out of the store. Give Issac a raise - he is a wonderful addition to your staff and he 100% saved this sale for Home Depot.

Today the check out wait times were way too long. 20 minutes! People on line were not happy. The store should have added more cashiers to alleviate the wait time. Not sure why supervisors weren’t on top of this but no supervisors in sight…

Don't go here is you really need something. Store is consistently plagued with inventory issues and employees have no idea where things are

I was shopping for paint at Home Depot Port Chester. I had the pleasure of meeting Valerie and Joyce. They answered all my questions and even made some wonderful suggestions. They even got someone to load all of my paint into my car. Thank you for your wonderful service.

We had a wonderful experience today at the Home Depot in Port Chester. We were approached by an employee named Keron. He asked if we needed help and proceeded to assist us in every way possible. My mother, who is from Buffalo said she has never encountered such a knowledgeable and efficient and friendly worker in any Home improvement store.

Employees are proactive and extremely helpful!

I always feel comfortable asking store employees for help. They regularly help me to the aisle or person I need to get to for help. Julio in aisle 3 took a particular interest following up after I finished getting things from his aisle, taking me outside to gardening and making sure I found everything I needed and they had price and SKU numbers on them so as not to have a problem at the register. I never feel intimidated in this Home Depot even though I am a 45 year old professional woman. I really enjoy the shopping experience there.

I needed keys made asap and the store closed in 11 minutes. And I am not from the area or have ever been to this location before. Oscar pointed me in the right direction and Tyler was right there to make the keys for me. He also cleaned them very well. Skye was lovely with check out and told me to stay warm!

Helpful employees are few and far. No one is willing to help. Seems more of a hangout then people working.

Not a great store. Parking lot is tight. Service is generally non existent. Line can get long. Selection of lumber much better elsewhere. Kids workshops are well done. Overall experience here is just lacking.

Denton, in the paint department helped me throughout the whole journey of renovating my home. Over the year I’ve been going there, his patience and kindness has made the trip easy for me.

If you go into this location, you better know where everything is because the employees will not help you. I walked around looking for item without one anyone offering to help me, and when I finally ask they were busy having phone conversations or conversations with other employees and they didn’t know where the items were located. When I finally located my one item off my list, I then had to stand on register that was the only one open, with other customers complaining….. again they did nothing instead of opening another register they left one open. Horrible customer service!!!

The employee’s are super nice and caring I loved this! I highly recommend. This is super clean and neat place for a Home Depot!

After a few years of staying away from going into Home Depot for many reasons ~ poor service, looking for help, dirty, etc., I made my way back in. I’m so happy I did. I was looking for a Ring door device. I found Shari the head check out lady and she help me locate where they were, worked with me on deciding which one to pick and then checked me out. My experience was so great that I will continue to head down to the Port Chester, NY store. It’s so easy to order online(as we all know) but there’s no beating getting out and enjoying a shopping experience. Thank you Shari.

Every time I go to this store I am not able to get all the supplies I need.

Rosalina at check out was so rude. Like it’s not ok to rush someone while there card is still processing and tell me if you don’t have card to leave the store

I don’t know if it is my luck haha but the cashiers here are so rude at this location. I have to say not everyone but this is the third time I get a cashier rude here. I usually go to the Hawthorne location and I have a better experience.

Couldn't find a cleaning product. Employee noticed my search near some half empty shelves and asked what I needed. We found the tag, but not product. He persisted in finding it. Then I did not feel well and two employees 'took care' of me--found a seat, gave me cold water, offered to make a call for me and kept checking on me. My husband was in the store.

This survey is for the very nice lady who helped me make a copy for my car key! Katherine you are the best! Please keep helping out customers! I didn’t like when she was helping me out and a manager or co worker said she shouldn’t have been doing a copy but have someone from hardware to do it. Where there was no one in site to help me out but her. She went above and beyond for doing someone else’s job. Thank you again!
