I am still waiting for my BBQ grill. I tried to call The store again this evening and it just rings and no one picks up. Where us my delivery!???? H1212 99108 is my order #

The employees in this store make the difference. Although the aisles are not as wide as some of the newer stores, the employees here make up for it. They offer to help, before you even have to ask.

The products seem to always be out of stock.

Avoid. This store is considered one of the worst in the entire Home Depot chain. Generally filthy, poorly stocked, open/damaged boxes and always a deeply unpleasant shopping experience. (Especially in the summer when their garden area opens. It is filled with dead plants and rotten produst and a chaotic mess.) We all wish a Lowes or a better quality store would open in town instead. Sad.

If you're looking for appliances, see Norman in the appliance department. He helped me find what I was looking for at a fair price. A friendly and helpful gentleman.

Clean store, well lit, well organized, voluntarily helpful knowledgeable friendly employees, always has whatever I need, including advice, options for solutions, good pricing. Great seasonal stock too.

One of the best locations I've ever been too. Hands down. Clean, quick and efficient lines for online pickup and returns. Items are organized, I didn't have to hunt someone down for help. I'm closer to the Yonkers and New Rochelle locations and prefer this store over any other location. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. If they're not sure, they find someone that is. You can tell employees at this location are really happy to be here and that makes all the difference in their work and how they in turn treat their customers. Coming back here for all my home needs.

I had a wonderful experience from specifically the cashier that helped me. I was incapable of loading my items into my car and after he paged for help from a lot attendant twice and nobody came to help he had me pull my car up to the front doors and he personally loaded the items into my trunk for me and when I tried to tip him he said don't worry about it that helping people is part of his job. He was such a nice guy and I told him that I would inform the store of what he did for me. His name was Chris he was tall and had a lot of tattoos. Not sure how many Chris's you have working at your location so those are the things that stood out about him. He was so friendly you really have a great employee there. Thank you

The employees in this store just don't understand or choose not to practice great customer service. No smiles, little eye contact, and no apologies when things don't go right. The one thing they have going for them is they're consistent.

Parking is always easy, because the staff chases away the customers with poor service. Nobody wants to help you or answer questions and the older guy in the garden center wants to start an argument with you if you ask a question. I have never had such problems at any other HD and will continue to shop there, but not at the Port Chester store.

The employees have attitude problems and will not help, You will be told it is not their department. I also had to get a stepping ladder to pull the item i needed off the shelf myself. I ended up going to the New Rochelle location.... Far superior to The Port Chester location.

Friendly greeting from Jennifer in wheelchair. Ample parking compared to Yonkers. Quiet calm feeling in store- not hustle and bustle.

This home depot has come a long way, the lack of attention by the staff made it non-welcoming, in the past. I've been pleasantly surprise during my past few visits to see what improvements have been made. Much more welcoming staff and no long lines. Keep it up! Could use a few more employees to assist at various departments.

Keron and Godfrey were FANTASTIC! I was building a project for work and they made sure I had everything I needed. They even helped me build it in the aisle to make sure it would fit together, the PVC was cut correctly and that it would stand and be sturdy. The help that I received was wonderful and they really went above and beyond.

Cleaner, more organized and always has available staff!

The store was clean and the associates were very helpful. The lady Tamesha in the paint department rocks, she knows her department and was vey helpful to all her customers while I was there. The guy Charles in Electrical is amazing as well as John in Hardware.

Excellent staff, always positioned to assist customers. The store is also nicely arranged with a wide array of goods. Those two factors in addition to the proximity and ease of access to the motorway should entice...Support!

Although no one asked us if we needed help while we walked through the store, we enjoyed our experience being there that day. I am sure the employees working the isle's were busy with other customers

This is a well Managed store. The staff are friendly and very helpful. I have always received great expert advise and ended up purchasing the right product. Keep the training and career development coming.
