It is always a fun day to be at Home Depot Port Chester!

The Port Chester store has friendly employees and it seems to be neater and more organized than the New Rochelle or the Yonkers store.

Great store with positive, competent associates. Richard and Rob in particular are extremely helpful if you are looking to tackle a DIY project. Best location in this area!

I live closer to home depot New Rochelle. I feel at home when I am there. This past weekend I had to go to Port Chester to get some tile that I was told would be in stock last week at New Rochelle. It wasn't. It seems that Port chester is better organized.

Store always well stocked. If you need them , employees are helpful and knowledgeable. A jewel in Portchester.

Really amazing customer service. Walking through the store, several associates asked if I needed help. When I realized I did, the person walked me to my aisle and found product. Then they offered to find somebody with more knowledge about product, though I declined as I knew what I wanted. Only bad part is when it comes to check out. the store can not accomodate the amount of customers they have. Not a staffing issue. It's the amount of registers they have-not enough. Overall, really helpful place, just be ready to wait to check out.

Friendly staff

I often visit the store with my husband who is a Master Electrician and we find that Klein hand tools are never stocked and we end up going to another location to buy as my husband prefers Klein over any other brand. Assistance : Yes at things there is an associate available in electrical. The associates are very friendly and very helpful. The store is usually clean.

During my last three visits, I was greeted and assisted by polite employees who took the time to assist me, and during one visit, assisted me with a bully item to my car. I noticed that the store was very clean and although the store had many customers, checkout was very satisfactory.

Love the store and salesmen

had a great experience in the Portchester store. The, store was well stocked , and the extra products in the isles were being put way as fast as possible to clear the isle. Sales associates were helpful and retrieved products on the upper shelves for me. Ben, the gentleman at the self check out counter helped me with the checkout process and repacked the wagon for me. I'll definitely be back. ! Thanks , Home Depot!!!!

STORE EMPLOYEES HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY!

If you need help, Look for Edgar or Onix at the Pro Counter. They are GREAT! The rest of the employees would better themselves by following their example. Nice, extremely helpful.

Great store and helpful employees

My family often shops at Home Depot. When it summer the flower, bushes, tree and vegetable displays are beautiful. We always look forward to going there in the spring. We also shop there for home maintenance and decor such as light bulbs, general hardware, lights and gardening supplies and decor. Always come away happy!!

Cashiers do great job, but management has to improve; Especially the store manager who doesn’t even answer a simple question.

The best Home Depot I have ever been in!!

The only reason I would give this store another chance is Jenifer, the cashier, after a crazy time finding what I needed, with no help from a worker in the next isle, I found what I needed, and when I got to the cashier, she greeted me with true professionalism, a nice smile and asked me if I found all that I needed, and to fill out the survey, attached to my receipt,{which I did}, I now that stores cant be perfect, so I'm willing to try this store again.
