I needed a little more help with the supplies for a roof job found it a bit difficult to find what I needed given the short in supplies maybe when shipments get better.

Got what I want and was in and out fast

Everything I sought to do and uptained was resolved in a good time. I was impressed with the overall knowledge and experience of your employees.

I HIGHLY recommend this particular Home Depot. There is an employee there named Tom who will give you the best customer service you have ever received. I am working on a project and was able to get all of the tools that I needed while also getting educated on the tools. What a great experience!

Her name is Christine or Chrystal. Very helpful and eased my mind. Was very patient 5-17-23 late afternoon or early evening. Very reassuring and pleasant walked through the process. Never purchased a large item on line.

I was fortunate to be assisted by 3 outstanding employees at this location Janet, Amber, and Kathy were so helpful to a guy who is just visiting the area I truly appreciate them and Home Depot for being their employer.

On March 23rd 2023 I Placed an order for approximately $900 for pick up from the port Richmond store in Philadelphia. 2 days later on Saturday March 25th I arrived at the store to pick up the order. The order was not Complete it, I had to watch 2 employees start to fill my order. I did speak with a manager who immediately helped place my items on my cart. 28 minutes later my order was ready minus 1 item that was now out of stock. I ordered 39 8ft x 2ft metal roofing panlels these are bulky and heavy. When I got to my location I was 1 panel shy of 39. That was fault because of my frustration I miscounted. Not once did any employee apologize for the order not being ready and at least the manager could have offered a 20% discount off of my $900 order. After this experience, I am questioning whether I should by from a competitor.

Before I say how incredibly horrible this HD is I just want to say there are a few excellent employees sprinkled inside this HorrorDepot. Customer Service is a foreign term to employees here! Sorry people you are getting paid to represent a business, I’m a customer to that business. Without customers there are no businesses, without businesses there are no jobs, like yours! That aside, don’t you appreciate good service yourselves? How hard is it to treat us customers as you would like to be treated yourself. Head cashier is rude, aggressive, even confrontational. Just trying to pick up a paint brush lady….can you just help me with a speedy checkout and spare me the bs attitude. Staff are few and far between. The good ones are on the floor getting bumbarded simultaneously with work AND constant customer inquiries. Garden center is grossly neglected.I did get some great deals on dead plants.

Its definitely the staff who made my experience so much better I wanna thank Yazmin for being very helpful and answered all my question she definitely deserve a raise for the great energy and positive attitude she brings to work.

When i went to the cashier to check out she she did not greet me at all. I spoke to her multiple times and not once did she speak back. The only thing she said to me was how much my item was and that was all. i asked her if she could call her manger and she never did. when i seen a manger approach the register next to her she turned around and said out loud some lady whats the manager for whatever reason. Her name was lynette at the castor ave home depot. She is very rude and unwelcoming.

There was an young Latina woman who was working in the customer service department on the evening of 11/29/21. She had a very snappy attitude when I asked her for something as simple as a shopping cart.
