Never had any problems with employees assisting me. Rarely can't find what I need. I usually don't write reviews, especially for giant chain stores. But hey, they are the way of the future, and all of the people working there are just trying to feed off the beast, so I can't bash that. Been to this location 100 times and had only "got what I need" experiences.

New kid in lumber named "Aron" is a good guy. Took initiative to help me find material and then had a good eye helping me pick undamaged pieces and load them. Thanks buddy!

No sense of urgency or attentiveness. I Waited 5 minutes while the associate was talking to another customer. Which is fine.. but multi-task is key. &if you can't multi task.Make the key and while the key is making u can conversate with the customer. The associate started to walk away. I said excuse me sir ! Good morning. How are you? There was no sense of acknowledgement. Looked at me as if I was a wall. Without making eye contact. I found that disrespectful. No options of key given. Went back and Tekilla was very helpful and attentive and gave me options to choose.

The store is always stocked and the employees are always friendly and helpful.

employee never know where anything is and act like you're bothering them when asking for help. In addition this store is poorly stocked. Almost every time I order online I not only pay more then if I would of went in store to buy it but the ordered is canceled because it is not in stock which means that inventory is not being done correctly. I would recommend anywhere else if you need to buy something and don't want any inconvenience.

Was shopping for mulch. My husband and I were loading a cart. Noah, one of the workers came over asked if we needed help loading our cart. He said he would finished loading it for us. And then offer to load it in our car. Great customer service. He made me feel like a valued customer He was very helpful and kind.

My shopping experience was excellent name a day and shopping experience much easier and was helped and the associate was very pleasant

While the internet showed no stock for the moulding I was looking for I found there was plenty in stock at the store. Got what I needed, and checked out quickly.

Felix has provided a great experience and service. I will most definitely continue shopping at store 4150 Home Depot. The flooring department was clean and all my items was easy to locate.

Right now the store is confusing because they just moved EVERYTHING - so that is super frustrating. ... BUT Cicely in the self check out area made the whole trip better. She was so darn nice and patient. I'm grateful for people like her.

I have been in this Home Depot many times. I usually ask an employee to help me. I do not like walking around a big store like this with out any help. Every time I have asked for help I have gotten very knowledgable and patient employees. I also like the choice of selections of many items in the store.

I believe that Home depot has great products & can help make some life saving decisions.

Inventory is not organized. I go here once a week and dig through inventory. We should not be touching everything in the store during these times but I have no other option. Home Depot needs a better method of displaying what is available instead of placing out boxes. Lines are long , double the time it takes at other Depots. This store has a large demographic of contractors and day laborers. This store should have increased inventory and additional staff. Staff that is there is friendly but overwhelmed.

Absolutely will not be coming back to this store location ever again. After the store employee at the pro section measured the finished wood I was purchasing. She slammed the wood on the floor (did not bother returning it to my cart). I was shocked and appalled that an employee would do such a thing. I went to pick it up so that nobody would get injured since she slammed it down right in front of the walkway. Would NEVER expect for an employee to do such an act. I spoke to the supervisors and manager at the store. I can attest that they were nice and concerned about the incident. But that still doesn’t justify the employees actions.

Staff should be easy to find, instead of walking around trying to find someone to help. Big waste of time.

My visit to this store was a quick & easy trip!! It couldn't have gone any better!!
