Great customer service

Home Depot in Port Richmond is one of my favorites. The store is usually clean, the staff is friendly and very helpful. The atmosphere is so inviting, I sometimes end up buying items that were not on my shopping list.

The store is not clean and the shelves are not organized, hard to find items and their prices.

I live near another Home Depot but I go out of my way to come here. Store is laid out nicely, clean, Associate always willing to help, greet you in a nice way. Just a pleasant place to shop and Browse in. Love it.

Definitely recommend this store Sam and Bianca are very on point when it comes down to helping you solve problems. I've always found the items I were looking for whenever I've visited this location.

Beau was extremely helpful in getting the item I wanted and explained the way to look at the sku/upc to make sure you have the correct item.

I have a certain time on when you go to the stores because i like to get advice on using certain products and how to use them from certain associates that work evenings shifts but overall the associates are very helpful when ive needed them!

I recently purchased two Recliners from my Home Depot. That's right, I said recliners from Home Depot. What can I say? Well, the price was right! Thus far, the chairs are extremely comfortable! That they are beautiful to look at is an understatement! That they are well made is apparent! That they were delivered to the store promptly, you bet! The product I wanted was not on shelf. I was able to get assistance. Store generally clean. Maria the store associate was very helpful. She found product I needed in inventory. She took the time to get the ladder in place and got product down from upper storage area. VERY GOOD HELP IN STORE. MARIA WAS VERY HELPFULL

The manager and staff went out of their way to assist us. One even got us a bigger cart for what we were buying without even asking us.

The chashier, Miriam, was extremely unprofessional and slow. She was complaining to her colleague about her late lunch break while ringing me up, she them dropped my ceramic cabinet knob and broke it. She did not apologize and continued talking to her colleague and putting the knob back in the packaging to bag it for me. I pointed out that it is broken and I will go get another one. When I came back with the new knob, she charged me for 4 instead of 3. I paid with a $20 bill, she typed in $200 And asked me how much the change was supposed to be. This was a ridiculous and very frustrating experience.

Despite the lousy weather, there were sufficient carts, which is not always the case at brick and mortar stores. From the moment that I entered the store, until.I left, all associates were helpful and friendly. Even the customers caught the holidays spirit. Merry Christmas to all!
