I have shopped in many Home Depot stores in CA and AZ. This store is by far one of my favorites. People greet you and are ready to answer any questions. Thank you He Depot.

Ask for Ozzy for help in hardware. He was awesome.

Maybe have a meeting with your sales representatives regarding the use of personal phones to contact customers after hours.

Every time I go to Home Depot someone always asks if I need assistance. They are usually knowledgeable and can. And your store loves dogs.

Being 100% VA disabled, and poor up close eye sight, I have had nothing but great help from the floor employee's at this store. I purchase all my needed items at this store, and personally know Sue the manager, and many of the employees who give me excellent service. I have never had a problem when I enter the store.

Every experience at this location is always so friendly and very helpful! They always go above and beyond my needs. They ask they direct and they look items up!

Wendi was super helpful in giving me suggestions for plants for our new home in Paulden.

Purchased in the self Checkout and cashier bagged my items without a peep! no greeting,No thank you, did not even looked at me. Same thing everywhere. Attitude ! Your lucky you have a job!

During a 10,000$ pick up I was met with attitude and general laziness. Waited 2 hours for them to tell me they did not have part of my order. Told me to go to Prescott cause they had it, I asked if they could call to make sure so I didn’t have to go through that again over there. They gave me the phone number. I had to ask them 2 more times to help me with that since the phone service is bad in there. Finally don did. Then when returning the item they said I had to put it back on my on my card, then go pay for it in Prescott. I said can we do cash or store credit cause sometimes it does not go back the same day. Don said there is no way to do that it had to go back on card. I said you can’t expect me to put it back on my card and go pay for it somewhere else and have to Pay for it twice while I wait for bank. He said I can’t do anything. Let me talk to the manager, then suddenly he figured out how to do it. Will not be shopping here anymore. I will drive the extra 3 miles to the Prescott location

Cashier named Donna is the best way to finish my shopping spree at PV Home Depot.

Bought a Dewalt Band saw. First time I used it the blade broke. My Wife went to the same store and was told they didn't have any 32 7/8 blades. I went online the same night it said the store had 7 in stock isle 10. I went back to the store and found the blades in isle 10. Employee didn't know what they were doing or didn't care. This seems to be happening more often.

Helen and Laurie are definitely in a job that they are excellent at, so friendly and helpful

The associates at the Prescott valley Home Depot store are lazy and rude. They talk to each other but ignore customers. I’ll take my $15,000 credit limit and go to Lowe’s from now on.

Superior Service! And Salesmanship!

My wife and I went to exchange a stapler that we had bought and before we left with it we tried it and it didn't work either. We live an hour and a half away from there. So we went back to see if we could find a different one that would work. We asked one of the employees that works there for some assistance and he introduced us to Mace. This gentleman asked us how he could help us. We explained our issue and told him about our situation. He asked us to follow him and about ten minutes later we were amazed that we could walk out of the store with a brand new Robi stapler for what we had in our pocket. Mace; Thank you so much for the help and kindness that you showed us and now we will be able to complete our project.

A mixed feeling about the customer service. Sometimes it is great others it is almost non-existent. Also it seems that stocking is preferred over customer shopping. I often leave from getting tired of waiting for aisles to be opened up during business hours. That is my major beef with both Home Depots in Prescott and Prescott Valley Stores.

I had to have some custom paint mixed to match a previous purchase and it was no problem for the paint associate to look up and mix the color for me.

What ever I need for projects I can always find at this store!

Had a return without a receipt. The cashier scanned my card and returned my item very easily. Needed to buy pellets, employee helped and put them in my cart. Cashier was friendly and scanned all my items in self check out. Clean store. Great visit.

REALLY REALLY need either NUMBERS or LETTERS on isle posts. 2 separate folks were walking around the parking lot looking for their vehicles. Made me pay attention to what part of the building was in front of me.

Dreamwalker was my cashier

I am a 75 year old woman. Remodeling my kitchen floor...these people are very helpful with choosing the materials that I need ,to complete this task.

In October, I brought my extremely picky mother here to find a chandelier for her dining room. The workers answered all our questions, and helped us with our other purchases. Another time, my husband and I went there to make key copies. The workers were very helpful and informative.

Best visit ever !!!! Just sooooo refreshing to see happy , smiling, and engaging staff members!!!
