Great service and friendly staff. All the Home Depots have the products but this store has the people to make the visits excellent.

had to ask several times where product i was looking for..also hard to find an employee that knew the department i was shopping at.. store was clean n the guys were friendly..just wish they knew their product..

Clean and friendly employees at this location. Store is up to par with all guidelines regarding safety and PPE! Easy to locate items and checkout.

Placed an online order, according to their system the website stated that they had 5 in stock. Drove 50 miles to obtain the merchandise, when I arrived/entered the store, the associates were just standing around. One of the associates at the Customer Service Desk told me to just "get what you need, and bring the item back to the desk." The whole point of curbside pickup is to have the item ready when I arrive? Here's the issue, the store knew they didn't have the item in the first place, why wasn't I contacted before making a special trip? Definitely will not be using their curbside pickup or the app anymore. What's the point?

THE MANAGEMENT IS HELPFUL, THEY JUST DON'T EXIST !! THE PRO DESK STAFF IS GREAT and GO OUT OF THERE WAY TO HELP PAUL IS VERY HELPFUL NO MATER HOW BUSY HE IS THE ORANGE BRIGADE IS ALWAYS HELPFUL AS WELL WHEN SOMEONE BAD MOUTHS THE HD I CORRECT THEM. I'M GOING TO MISS LORI....................

It is convenient and even during these crazy times, they are always trying to help.

For the m out part, the e.ployees were nice, the building is clean, etc. However when it came to getting assistance load 10 bags of concrete, no one would help. Very disappointed.

The store has gone to great lengths to keep everyone safe. I truly appreciate that since our family has lossed a loved one to this terrible virus. Not to mention it's a great place to shop for all home improvement and simple home decor. Thank you for such a great shopping experience with so much safety for the consumer.

We found the cooler we were looking for and receive great assistance from Dale with our questions. The store was very clean, associates were very helpful and the cashier trainee and trainer were wonderful and efficient. I have always had great experiences at this store, I have an elderly nana and a dear friend who are my extended family in Prescott Valley. I go up and assist them with home repairs which we bought from Home Depot for years and today I bought a evaporative cooler and needed accessories for the families home and was assisted throughout the entire visit.

The employees were friendly, and very helpful. I couldn't find what I need and Bill was ready to assist me. The store looked clean and organized. It is also very close to where I live.

I was very pleased with the help I received at the Prescott Valley Home Depot store everyone was very respectful, clean and isles clear all staff were concerned about the COVID-19 requirements and made me feel safe, adhering to the social distancing, and had the product I was looking for. Wyatt store employee saw me looking around for help, walked over and asked if he could help very friendly, he really took the time to help me, spending time making sure everything was covered, and walked me to the checkout, great customer service, great Job!! Excellent Service Throughout The Store !

The store was clean and was taking safety precautions. The employee at the paint department was extremely helpful!

Mike in flooring was very knowledgeable and helpful in reviewing and placing my order so everything was just right. Patient and polite, too. We'll be back to this store for more!

Spent 90 minutes watching 3 employees lazily look for an outdoor furniture set only to eventually be told it was still on a truck and wouldn’t come off till Monday. We paid and spent another 30 minutes setting up a will call to pick up the paid for furniture on the following Tuesday. I showed up Tuesday only to be told they had no order hold for me, had nothing saved for me, and they were unsure if they even had the furniture still. At this point I demanded a refund and left. I will never shop at this Home Depot again. Complete incompetence across the board from several employees.

I recently moved to Az so I am not use to planting anything in clay.. the garden staff is up to date with the needs of a learning gardener. The Lumber group can help you find anything with your needs. Whole staff is friendly and helpful from the greeters to the cashiers.

The store is clean and well-stocked. There are enough helpful employees around to make it easy to find what you need and get out as quickly as possible. I had one comical incident - I asked a young employee if they had any alcohol. He grinned and said, "No ma'am - sorry, we don't carry that stuff." After giving him a puzzled look it occurred to me...I wonder if he thought...hmmm. "I meant do you have any isopropyl alcohol?" "Oh," he said, "if we have any it would be over on the cleaning aisle." He pointed to a nearby aisle. Thank you...I needed the comic relief!

This store is better than the Prescott store unless your a known commercial customer. If your military active or retired you will get better responce on your offered discount at Prescott Valley store. Just been my experience, home owners get treated better at PV store.
