I went to this store for 3/4 2x4 sande wood. Website said 33 in stock so I figured it was safe to go to get it. When I got there the shelf was empty. After spending 10min looking for an employee he tells me he is off and for me to go to customer service so they can page someone. Instead of walking all the way across the store I call the main store phone number. They answer and say someone will be right there to help me. After 15 min I call the number again. Employee said if he can’t find someone he will come himself. On one shows after another 15 mon so I go try to find someone. I finally see someone and he says he works in lumber. I ask him to help locate the 33 pieces it says they have. He makes a huge stink saying “oh I think it’s buried outside on a pallet and will take a while to find”. Then he rolls his eyes. At this point I am furious so I say forget ir and I am heading to a competitor.

Terry in Garden IS DA' BOMB!!! She took the time, at the end of the day, when the big doors at the garden center were closed and walked w me all the way to the main entrance, to then walk with me along the front of the store, & almost all the way back to the Garden Center JUST to show me where the roses were!! NEEDLESS to say Terry is a SUPER STAR!!! & the whole time she chit chatted w me about roses & how to prune and maintain them. I was SOO GRATEFUL to Terry & ended up buying 8 rose bushes!

Cindy and Gage our phenomenal workers and they bust their butts working to ensure customer satisfaction. These two deserve raises in salary, not a pizza party, not a golden star on a chalkboard, not a pat on the back or a high five! MO MULA! I know sea level types have a bad habit of rewarding good employees with either more work or pizza parties, but these two did phenomenal work and they deserve salary increases only! You two rock! Thank you for the help

This is my favorite store to shop at. Always has what I need or looking for. Easy check out. Great return policy. Always tons of product to look at. Great store.

First off we came to the Home Depot to rent a pallet jack, and the gentlemen in the veterans hat working the store dealt with a frustrated customer perfectly even though she was being rude. After they helped us we realized the pallet jack we rented would not fit the pallets on the Home Depot order we were picking up. We went to customer service and they totally hooked us up and made our order be able to switch to delivery. After that was set up the forklift operators kindly removed our order from the truck and stored it for delivery Outstanding service here at this store

Henry helped us select our new refrigerator and provided exemplary service. He was kind, patient and educated us on all our options. He brought up all facts and benefits of the products and gave us his personal and professional opinion which was so helpful. We left fully satisfied in our purchase decision and happy and grateful for the amazing service

Everyone at this location is very friendly and helpful. The store also has a huge selection of products to choose from at a decent price.

Absolutely a joke. Employees too lazy to get off the butts to help.

Every time I come to the Queen creek location I’m impressed with the service and knowledge that the staff provides. Most notably is the stocking at this store. Time and time again I come in for odd ball items for specific projects and without fail there is someone here to help me come up with a solution and actually have the product in stock. It’s nice to get things when you need them and not have to wait a week for an online order.

I love this Home Depot. Cindy the assistant manager is amazing and deserves to run the place! She is so kind and helpful. I’ve been going to this same location for 9 years and I’ve met dozens of managers over the years and she by far has made an impact on my life making sure I am taken care of and my needs are met. Along with all the other employees here I’ve always been helped in every department. I shop here almost daily for all my business and home needs.

I purchase too much paint and Hunter in the paint department said they only take back paint on a case by case basis. Hunter authorized a return and personally went up to the return cashier to explain my situation. Hunter understands Customer Service!! He's The BEST.

Recently returned an item at Home Depot, and Tiana and Angie provided outstanding service. Tiana's efficiency and friendly demeanor made the process stress-free. Angie, the manager, ensured a prompt refund and addressed concerns with a positive attitude. Exceptional customer service—kudos to Angie and Tiana!

My Mom and me came in to look for washer and dryer. GUSTAVO and DEBIE helped us and they were ABOVE AMAZING! Their customer service was ABOVE EXCELLENT. They took the time to answer my Mom’s questions and mine as well.We didn’t feel rushed and my mom is 76. They were so POSITIVE, HAPPY and ready to help us out. They shared their knowledge which helped us so much in deciding which washer would be BEST for my Mom. We were very WELL taken care of. Isabella was very pleasent during the returns process of a broken item purchased sometime back on a commercial/pro account.

Employees were so helpful, it was clean, and I was able to find everything I needed. It’s my go-to for all things diy, home, repairs, etc.

Rusty and Jordan D took the time to make sure I got the best product and value for my needs.

I bought an oven online and experienced issues on the delivery. The Queen Creek Home Depot went above and beyond to make sure I had a replacement oven just in time for Thanksgiving! They went above and beyond to deliver and set it up the eve before Thanksgiving. I was so grateful to have a team that cares! Go Queen Creek Home Depot!

Front end associates yelling at customers is not the way to do business.

Great experience overall. Plants were a great price. Very fresh and a huge variety. Customer service was top notch.

Save yourself the trouble. No one will help you.

There were a lot of employees. But items needed were "empty". Anyone around to get anything down? Not when ya need them.

Isabella & Jordan both took that extra step when I was shopping in the store for a particular item. Their fantastic customer service was truly appreciated.
