There are many hardware and home improvement stores to choose from in the greater Queen Creek area. For product, selection, inventory and service, this is the best.

This store has so much more to offer than Lowe’s. I was in the garden department specifically and all the flowers/plants are so healthy looking and so varied. They also offered us a vet’s discount which I didn’t even know they had. It was a great experience!

The cashier John at the Queen Creek store when above and beyond to be friendly, helpful and encoraging about the job were are starting in our backyard. He even asked us to bring in pictures of our finished work and seemed truly interested in our project.

If you need to order window coverings of any kind see Tina Lewarne-Dalsasso. She is very knowledgeable about the product Home Depot offers. She also made suggestions that were helpful.

Saturday afternoon at the improvement store. Not typically a place I’d say I enjoyed myself. But today was very enjoyable! People were friendly and very helpful. Conversation was much more like a small town hardware store. Got everything I needed and had good conversation along the way.

Rusty and Joseph from the garden department are absolutely amazing individuals. Their customer service is beyond impressive. Thank you for your help today and making a customer very happy. Thank you to Noah, Josh and Bill as well.

Great customer service and a willingness to support and help

Usually friendly employees here, most are very helpful or willing to dind someone to help. Higher recommend checking out with Holly for a good laugh and leave with a smile!

Manager on duty that night we shopped has horrible customer service skills. She talked over me and cut me off as I was explaining the simple coupon we received for opening the credit card. There were also posted signs that literally talked about the same coupon you received when you opened the credit card! It blows my mind it took her 15 minutes to read over the same coupon everyone gets when you are approved for the credit card. The coupon just takes off a set amount for your spending. Then she proceeds to ask how I obtained this coupon and when did I open the account!? Well if I wasn't cut off and talked over she would have gotten all of that!!

Employees are very helpful, all the items I was shopping for were in stock! Check out cashier Kierra, was very efficient and made check out easy! Thank you for being great at your job!!!!

Excellent customer service and assistance. As always they honor and thenk me for my military service which is why I continue to shop at Home Depot and this store in particular. Thank you Gabriel and manager that helped me purchase what I was looking for even though there was a mix up between on line and in store.

This store is great..especially Richard at checkout...very kind and personable!

They appear to be behind in counting their inventory. We placed an on-line order for our contractor to pick up at the Queen Creek store. Included in the order were two windows. When the ordere was placed, there were 2 windows the store showed were available. The Queen Creek store later canceled this part of larger larger order which I found out about because I opened an e-mail from Home Depot for an "electronic receipt" that showed a refund for these items. When I attempted to re-order there was a message that the Queen Creek store now had "limited quantities" available and to call the store. When I called the store, they said they canceled this part of my order because they don't actually have the stock available.

The store usually has what I am looking for. It is clean. Above all, I have always found the staff very friendly, courteous, and helpful.

the store is very clean and the shelves were stocked. John our cashier was so awesome. he is very friendly, checked us out in a timely fashion, and took good care of us. All employees here are very helpful and know how to take care of customers and their store.

Store is so clean. Assistance is right there when needed. Only reason for 4 stars is the panel saw in the lumber department. When cutting plywood, be aware that they do not use a plywood blade on the saw. The outer plys on the wood will be shredded when cutting across the plys. With the grain on the outer plys is fine. You may not be warned of this. This happened on a $58.00 piece of Oak plywood. I was not warned and am still not happy..

Home Depot really cares about customer service, and it shows in their up-beat-friendly-workers they hire! Tonight's experience was a Service-Sandwich! It started off by excellent service and finished with excellent service! First of all, I called in about a product I no longer needed that I purchased from a different Home Depot, then, I was politely explained my options since I did not have my receipt, (we just moved) then when I arrived, the staff in the customer service dept. Gerry and Malika, and 2 other ladies, were over-the-top with their efforts. Then I made it over to the Garden Dept. and Laura was amazing! She helped me with many heavy items, and a flat cart, and selecting great plants, of which I absolutely love and am excited to plant tomorrow! Thank you Laura and Gerry and all that helped my experience be so great!

This is my location... Especially, due to Cliff in Plumbing. He's awesome... And his customer service is a real pleasure and he will make ur shopping experience a great one. There's always helping hands and smiles waiting to greet you at this home Depot... Thank you for all the hard work and especially for not making things awkward during these times of covid-19.

Always clean, they always greet people coming into the store. You never have to ask a question to more than one person. I truly love this store.

Very easy and quite shopping experience. Was able to find what I needed quickly because of how easy it is to navigate the store.

Look for Rodge in garden area he know where things are or will go out of his way to find it...

I’ve shopped at many different Home Depot’s and never had a bad experience. However this stores customer service is amazing. Very polite and helpful, qualities that seemed to have been lost over the years. This Home Depot could teach a class on how to treat customers, people in general.
