As my wife calls it "Man Land", I can get lost in la-la land in here and spend hours just looking around.

When I walked in the store I was greeted with a "Hello" I want in for a poo scooper not knowing if they would have it or not. I spoke with Roger. Not only was he smiling the entire time he looked on his phone to find the product and walked with us to the location making our trip amazing. We headed to check out and the lines were moving fast but Sydney whonwas managing the self check out asked if we were checking out and checked us out as if we were in lime making the traction go even smoother. These are ro examples of high level customer services in 1 visit. You don't find this often these days. I write over 50 reviews a year on different sites I'm am in the top 5% of reviews writers for Google. I can honestly say I am very proud to write this review and call Home Depot my store.

Just a quick shout out to all your Queen Creek staff. Always friendly, knowledgeable and great customer service. It doesn't go unnoticed! Keep up the stellar service

You guys really should update all of your pin-pad/ registers because I'm so sick of not being able to pay with my phone. I've had to run out of the store countless times because I forgot you guys are still stuck in the stone age.

The employees always greet you from the time you go through the entry and as you are browsing trying to remember what you came there for in the first place. I absolutely love going there because they all want to help you.

Bought a fridge and a few other items, and the store employees were very helpful with setting up delivery. Had a question later that I called in for, and there was no hold time to speak with a manager who was very helpful and answered all of my questions.

I bought paint for my house and it was a huge order but Brenda made my visit short and very pleasant. Iris saved me 150.00 when I opened a Home Depot card which I was pleased, I would highly recommend this location for any project needed the staff is very friendly and helpful.

My experience yesterday was all about the excellent customer service I received in the flooring department today. I was there to finalize a carpet purchase and installation in my home when a new flooring specialist came into play and I couldn't be happier. Tina not only reviewed my current order, but caught a big error that would have gone unnoticed had I just proceeded with the purchase. She also made suggestions that I am very pleased with, including depth of pile, color blend and a different manufacturer who's products were currently on sale. Not only did I get exactly what I had been envisioning, prevented a problem with a cheaper pad being installed, but I saved a substantial amount of money for comparable product. This Home Depot Rocks!

They are very helpful at the time of sell but seriously drop the ball when it comes to completing there timeframes. I can’t put in words how frustrating it is dealing with tool rental.

Purchasing my material was easy, and the staff willing to help

While I have been to this store multiple times, today was my worst experience. Staff does not ask if they can help you. Staff by the checkouts were rude seemed annoyed that they had to be a work and would rather talk to each other than tend to customers. Will go to a different store next time.

We recently relocated from SD CA to QC AZ. I’ve shopped with HD for 40 plus years. Never have I received such excellent or for that matter any service at a HD til I entered the QC HD. It’s very difficult and frustrating in San Diego to find help at an HD. The QC HD is a joy shopping at! Friendly, kind, and help on practically every aisle! TY QC you are second to none!

I wanted a key made, your machine did not accommodate that key style and Joe went out of his way to help me find some one else that could help me.

Before buying any paint from this store, make sure you get the price before proceeding. I didn't, and the price at the checkout counter was substantially higher than expected.

My husband and I were in tonight to buy a tool chest and a bunch of small hardware he needs for the table he is building. Dustyn, Angela, and Justin were all so very helpful and friendly and had us laughing and enjoying our evening out like we were at a party! Thank you all for making it such a fun and productive trip!

We received lots help from Ed at the countertop section. He led us to select the right kind of quartz countertops for our kitchen and bathroom. Excellent service with knowledge and smile!!!

In a time where hourly employees are typically just worried about their shifts and clocking in, Connie and Destiny went above their normal job duties. Their level of customer service far exceeded any experience I've had at a big box retail store. Michael and another young man helped in the process. These two queens mastered customer retention.
