Customer service at the store was very helpful. I love the Ray Rd. Home Depot.

I bought the Milwaukee M18 blower/trimmer combo and the battery that should have been included in the kit had been removed. The box for it had been cut open and was empty. Not sure if it was a return and someone swiped the battery or if it happened on the shelf in the store. Either way, I look like the crook when I go back and tell them it’s missing and I want to exchange it.

My 5.5 year old Rheem water heater started leaking. Rheem was helpful in debugging but ultimately concluded it needed to be replaced. They entered info into a database and HD helped with the rest. Helped carry it out of the back of my wagon and helped get a suitable replacement. I was very happy with the overall experience.

Paint department is a wealth of knowledge. Give them a try and you will not be disappointed.

This store regularly TAKES CARE of the plants in the Garden Cntr-- they're watered, placed safely, and beautifully displayed. RJ.--a young man employee there, is pleasant and helpful--making a great shopping experience.

Getting assistance is easy, fast and stressless. Lots of smiles and helpful advice. I was never made to feel stupid.

I found his experience with me, as customer service use to be years ago, just like it was years ago! thank him again!

I had an especially good experience at the Ray Road Home Depot. While checking out, I had a difficult time finding my payment and other info. The Cashier, Marilyn, was very patient with me, and I left the store feeling GREAT, rather than frustrated.

Our Rheem gas water heater started leaking after 7-1/2 years. We needed an immediate fix so we purchased another Rheem water heater the next day due to ease of installation (replaced with similar unit, same hook-up, etc.). We contacted Rheem about warranty and they said it was covered because the warranty for our unit was 9 years. Home depot would only issue a store credit for the estimated original price, not a refund to our Credit Card. But we were very happy Rheem honored the warranty with no hassle, and the total time spent getting our refund was only a few minutes.

My cashier, Lance, was so welcoming and friendly that I forgot about the 113 degrees outside for a few minutes. We had a delightful chat and I felt his positive energy come with me. Thanks, Lance, and continue to have sweet dreams! ;)

Great store with friendly employees. Daniel, the check out clerk went far beyond normal interaction making us feel special. Great employee.

They treat everyone like a thief at Home Depot. They must have a theft problem. everything is locked up. I don't like to be treated that way because I'm not a thief. So I'll go elsewhere

If you want a GREAT experience ordering countertops, ask for Roxanne—she is knowledgeable and so pleasant and easy to work with.

I am so glad that I went to Home Depot for my "cage for butterflies" project. I couldnt ask for a better customer service.

We live in Maricopa so a trip to Chandler to Home Depot is an outing! When you have a new home it’s at least an every other week experience. Today Ryan helped as with a project and he was without a doubt the best Home Depot employee we have ever had. Ryan helped us get together all of the supplies we needed and gave us helpful suggestions as well. He even took down a pallet when one of the items was not stocked on the shelf. Everyone was friendly and the shelves were well stocked. It was very refreshing to be treated with such excellent customer service! Thank you

I want to send a huge shout-out to Carmen L. Carmen took a moment to assist me at the self-checkout. For my safety, Carmen asked if I needed a shop cart to load up a 5-gallon bucket of paint that I was purchasing. Carmen took the time to track down a cart and bring it me so I would not hurt myself. Thank you Carmen for your assistance!

She even bagged my purchase of lawn fertilizer, so it would not spill in my car

Always have everything we need in stock!

We had a return and misplaced our receipt. Mo was beyond patient and helpful to find every way of looking for it in her system. After several tries she located it and was able to provide a refund as store credit. She absolutely made our visit worthwhile! This is officially our favorite store. She also offered us advice to set up a pro account in case we ever misplaced a receipt again this would be the easiest way to locate it with no problem! We now have a pro account! All I know is Mo is the best!
