I contracted thru Home Depot for 3 major home renovations: bath, kitchen, flooring. The employees with whom I worked were very knowledgeable and helpful.

I bought some of assorted building materials

Saved me a trip; to Leslie's pool by price match on a flush hose

Eric has a great personality and helped me not only check out, but find my online order in one of the outside lockers. He went out of his way to make my check out super easy, even helping me negotiate a filled cart and my dog.

The staff was incredibly helpful, and the store is very easy to navigate. Marilyn was a great help and super friendly!

I arrived 30 min prior to closing for an emergency light bulb. Doors were locked. Once inside (entered through the exit), I saw groups of employees chatting and laughing together. Some noticed me searching the aisle names others didn't. Some let their annoyance be known by scoffing or rolling their eyes. I passed at least 12 employees and not one of them offered assistance. I passed more on my way out, same scenario. I shopped for 20 min and only saw 4 other customers; these employees have no excuse for their behavior. This location needs to do better.

Overall, felt that customer service was very good, but Matthew Moy went above and beyond. I had to wait for quite awhile to get grill loaded. Matthew Moy paged another employee to assist him with getting Traeger grill into the back of the pickup. After getting grill to tailgate, the other young man left, saying that he didn't want to hurt his back with lifting that into the bed of pickup. He said he was going to try to get others to help. After he left, Matthew, with a little help from my husband, put it into the pickup. We needed to secure it with tie-downs; Matthew went back inside with me to get a couple tie-downs and he secured the grill in the pickup so that it would not move while we were going down the road. Matthew was absolutely delightful and so very helpful. Thank you, Matthew!!!

I had no problem getting everything I needed. It's not the case in other stores of this type.

Been to many HD locations throughout the valley and always head here when I can. The employees are friendly and this location is much more organized and less chaotic then other stores I’ve been to. Keep up the good work!

Home Depot was recommended by a friend for my home improvements. The staff were wonderfully helpful, and made the entire transaction easy and uncomplicated. I won't go anywhere else!

This is a clean and well kept store. I visit a lot of Home Depot stores and this location has a great staff. Their lumber is usually kept mannered so I don’t have to dig to find decent boards. It’s a great store. Great staff. Conveniently right off the freeway. Thumbs up for this store.

I was assisted by four different employees at the Ray Road branch. Each was friendly, helpful, and above all, patient.

This Home Depot is quite clean and well organized. It was easy to find the material(s) I needed. Furthermore, the products onto the shelves were labelled and sorted out accordingly for the customer(s) to find. I liked their garden area, where the different kinds of plants and trees were made available etc. They had an employee who was available to cut your timber(s) the size you desire when you need it. The employees were helpful and professional. The location is so convenient; it is right off from the I-10 West going to Phoenix, and to I-10 East going to Tucson/Maricopa. Next to Sams Club where you can get the best lunch for USD$1.50, for a Polish sausage with a drink or a combo pizza with a drink for less than USD$2.50, etc.

No one around in the store to hlep you i called for a manager a couple of times no one showed up i waited 10 min if it wasn't for the help from savona i wouldn't have been able to complete my job she's very knowledgeable about the store and deserve a raise

The store was fine. The service at the store was excellent today in the tool department. The guy working in that department was very helpful. The customer service in the paint department also was good and I had a question for your employee at self checkout and she was friendly and helpful.
