Be aware, when you shop at this store you may or may not get accurate information & when you look to them for help you may or may not get it but mark my words your complaint WILL NOT BE ESCALATED so don't hope for anybody in upper management to reach out to you. Also be prepared for being told repeatedly that it's a "he said, she said" so in essence they cant be sure who the liar is.

The cashier Marilyn was very friendly and helpful when we checked out.

Just had an exceptional experience at the Ray Road Home Depot. Victoria, the cashier was exceptional. She took me to the product and assisted me in making a viable decision. Victoria also got on the phone to assist me in getting financing for this and future purchases, She was relentless. The ladies in the commercial finance division were exceptional and supportive as well. Just loved the support. The best compliment that one can give an establishment is to return, and I plan on using this Home Depot again because of the support I received.

Able to get assistance if you needed it. The store was clean? Associates friendly and helpful? Hardware stores are my most favorite stores to shop in. Sometimes I go just to see new products.

Store is close to home... friendly THD team. everything we waned was in stock. Easy to find and easy to purchase.

I frequent home Depot anywhere from 3 to 6 times a day depending on how many customers I have that day. Everybody at the pro desk deserves recognition as well as Maryland and Alton. People put in the surveys and forget that people that they use on a day-to-day basis are the ones that help them and they forget to give them a pat on the back which apparently home Depot almost requires in order for them to keep their job. This particular store may have a tendency to not get new reviews from people like me because they are consistently great everyday 7 days a week. You get used to people's "A" game and it becomes normal. Just so you know because it's required apparently, the people I'm talking about at the pro desk are Jody, Sheryl, and Johnny

Staff always friendly and helpful.

Was in store at a bit of a rush and in want to get in and out. I needed some assistance to locate three of the items needed. Thing is, I never had to ask for assistance. Every employee spoke to me and asked if I needed assistance, even if I did not make eye contact with them. Not only do you feel welcome but more fulfilled in obtaining needed items. Kudos to the store, management and team members. Keep up the great work.

Employees were rude and too busy hanging out with each other to help customers. I even had time to snap a picture of 4 associates standing in a circle using their cell phones while I patiently waited at self checkout for them to unlock the transaction.

These guys and gals really know their stuff. They are happy to share and are pleased it appears to help you with any question. They are very willing to say they don't know but will get someone to help.

The staff is highly knowledgeable, professional, and most willing to help you with solutions to whatever your particular project is. They all seem to love their jobs, and seem to truly enjoy assisting customers. You will find vast amounts of products to support small projects to large programs. I strongly recommend this Home Depot to satisfy your building / maintenance needs.
