I purchased paint for my bedroom walls and the service was excellent

This store is consistently better than other HD's in the area. Always well stocked, always neat and clean--and the employees are friendly, polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Not the closest to our home--but worth the time.

I asked about a product and the salesman, Dave, took the time to explain everything about the item, answered my questions, and I did purchase it. He also said if I had any questions, to call him at the store. The checkout person, Mamta, was so pleasant and offered me the discount to open an HD credit card, which I did!

I went into the store to buy a holiday yard decoration. The item I wanted was out of stock except for the display. Bradley, a store associate, offered to take down the display if I wanted to buy it. It turned out to be no small endeavor. It required lift equipment, he had to disassemble other displays (all of which needed to be reassembled after I left the store, I'm sure), not to mention a ton of patience. Yet, he didn't show an ounce of frustration with me or the process. He could have easily told me it couldn't be done and I would have been none the wiser. Thank you!

Shopping with 2 small children can be a nightmare. I ended up getting directed to Dave for assistance and he not only answered my question but went above and beyond - helping me find all the items I needed and ensuring that my experience was efficient and pleasant- thank you

Dave Bunker is the person to see when you're shopping at this location. He knows his stuff and is always very patient and professional. He makes great suggestions and offers ideas that actually work when you're unclear on the "how to do's". It's hard to find good help but since I've been frequently going to this location and asking for Dave, I've been very pleased with the service. He makes big repairs a lot less stressful. Prior to finding Dave's help, I always felt like some associates really didn't understand what I wanted to accomplish nor had the expertise to help. Dave is certainly an asset to this store!

Anderson 400 Windows are well made and easy to install. Pete is a very knowledgeable sales representative!

Need plumbing help! Go see Ray in Plumbing! I needed an out of the box solution for a plumbing issue with my new pool pump! He was patient and knowledgable! He helped me figure out a solution that I can easily do on my own! Saved me the expense of needing to hire a plumber! His instructions were super detailed and easy to follow

Very happy with my shopping experience at the Reading MA store. Dave was so very helpful with my purchase of an a/c unit. Knowledgeable, friendly and I left with exactly what I needed!

Staff went above and beyond their normal duties to overcome difficulties with store computer system and made sure I got a discount on a major purchase. Very friendly with a desire to do a good job.

Absolutely amazing staff.

I needed some product brought down for the upper shelves. One employee, Victor eagerly assisted getting the appropriate equipment to do it. But he needed help from another employee, after searching around for another associate to assist, including a manager, he and I had to do it because no one else would. A big two thumbs up to Victor in Plumbing. All the others need customer service training,

Managers have wrong attitude. Customers not getting proper help when they call to the store and later when they are in the store.

Was very happy to find the rear wheels and air filter for my Honda lawnmower in stock. Had a very hard time looking online at different web sites for the parts because my exact model number kept coming up showing no results found. I was very happy to pay the price for the wheels just for the piece of mind of finding them somewhere.

I had a rather large purchase and Deb G took the time to sign me up for a credit card and save me some $. Very helpfull.

Always a great store to shop in!
