I've frequented several home center stores and aside from this store being a very convenient location it is one of my favorite locations for many reasons.. Including but not limited to : ~ Clean carriage free parking lot. ~ Neat accessible isles. ~ Friendly and knowledgeable staff. ~ Great selection of tools and products. ~ Lumber isles free from picked through clutter.

The Employees are extremely helpful and made my shopping experience very pleasant. I highly recommend this store.

The store was well stocked, I found exactly what I needed and the lady that handled my return went the extra mile to remind me I'd left batteries in what I was returning. Every time I go to the Reading store it's a good experience.

Don't go to any home depot the coustmer service s terrible all the workers never ask if you need help. And if you ask a worker they say I don't know and walk away.

I always shop at Home Depot for both my personal shopping and for my business! They always have the materials that I need.

I always shop this store even though I have one closer to my house. This store is always clean, the employees are friendly and have the knowledge of what is needed by the customers.

Great staff, always welcoming and eager to help

I go to this store almost daily and see the same sales associates not wearing masks inside the building or wearing them below their nose. Other sales associates interact with them but do not remind them to wear their masks appropriately. I wear my mask all of the time to protect those around me. Home Depot is not providing me with the same in return.

Quick, professional staff response to my search for product as well as helping at check out. Plus the 10% discount as a veteran was a big plus. Thank you Home Depot.

I am one who hates to ask for help unless I'm in a hurry and when I do I'm always led in the right direction.

Order online, go pick up items at the store, get humiliated by Manger Jim by learning that he cancelled the order. Now you have to go inside the store and purchase same items. Manager discourages customers ordering online and likes to pick up items in store. Managers need to help customers not harass them!

The aisles are cluttered and I had to find a clear aisle so I could make my way to checkout. This is a common problem no matter which Home Depot or competitor store you visit.

This is the 'GO TO PLACE' when you need anything, other than clothing and food! Find it here! Knowledgeable, friendly and caring salespeople. Great sales and prices. You can depend on Home Depot. My son, John Arena from Reading, thinks this place is the BEST!!! gets lost when he is here. My Great Grandchildren come to Reading Home Depot , on first Saturday, to build arts and crafts in your children's program, they love it too!

Store needs to do a better job stocking bins. Associates need more customer service training on how to properly help customers without attitude.
